Great reception! Works WITH ADAPTER on 2015 Town and Country Incredible!I was worried about reception from the other reviews so I tested it before removing any trim pieces. Right away, I could tell the reception was great.We recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country and we didn t like the 3 foot antenna straight out of the 90s. So we replaced it with a 4 stubby but the reception was awful.I got this thinking it could help and it s perfect. When I first opened it, I was worried that the wire would be too short. It is just right. With a little slack, it fits perfectly up the A pillar and behind the glove box. It took me about 30 min to remove some trim pieces and fish the wire behind the glovebox but it working great. The antenna is tucked nicely up near the top of the windshield.For anyone else with a Town and Country, I needed an antenna adapter. This has a standard antenna plug, but the town and country radio has a special connector. I purchased that on amazon as well. If you look at my other reviews, you ll find it. 5Works good, not as good as original but a great substitute I couldn't wait to write my review for this. I ALMOST didn't buy it based on the negative reviews. But it works just fine.First off, it's only 18" long, this is only a substitute for a full OE antenna. You WILL have to remove your stereo to plug it in and find a way to run the wire someplace. So if you aren't handy, you should pass or find someone to install for you.My antenna was broken off and as many have mentioned replacement would be a massive undertaking. So simply sticking this to the windshield was a great simple and easy solution to my problem.I live in the LA area and I can get all my normal stations just fine after installing it. I heard "a little" static on one station but nothing that I couldn't live with daily.Good luck to all the other buyers out there. Hope this helps! 5Okay horizontal reception behind Victory Cross Country fairing Bought for 2016 Victory Cross Country, which is a direct connect. The adhesive holding the base and antenna appear to be 3M and have a strong hold. I mounted it inside the batwing fairing horizontal upside down going across the bike. There is plenty of cable, which required a ziptie to tie off the extra.The reception is okay. Better than when I had no antenna installed due to added fender gap closeouts (just cable to back of bike along frame). It s not as good as the factory long whip antenna though. It also seems directional but that is probably due to the metal frame in the fairing blocking rear signal.Pic included of antenna glued to inside top of fairing. Clean surface with rubbing alcohol prior to sticking for best adhesion. 4Decent working antenna Bought this antenna for my Massey Ferguson tractor. The original antennas break off within weeks of buying a new tractor ($120,000) from tree branches and brush so I bought this to restore radio reception and I stuck it in the corner of the windshield. I cleaned the surface before sticking it but it still didn't stick too great so I would maybe recommend putting some better adhesive on the black piece. Once installed it actually works pretty well when mowing out of town so I would recommend this antenna I will probably buy a few more for all my tractors. Next one I'm gonna try and just lay it up in the headliner see how it works like that. The only reason for the four stars Is the packaging was somewhat poor and the connection end of the coax cable pulled off on me when pulling through the headliner but otherwise for the price it works well 4Just what I needed. I plugged mine in first and moved in around the vehicle to get feel for the reception if I really concealed it VS just sticking it on the window. Of course the more direct exposure was better, especially on AM, FM did well but sometimes lost the HD signal when it was concealed (if you have an HD tuner). So I went and mounted mine at the top of the passenger side of windshield, just behind the sun visor so it is somewhat hidden and not in the line of sight. You really don't even notice it, especially from the out side, where the natural windows tint covers it. The length was perfect for that installation location. and the adhesive for the thin antenna strip works well. Living in AZ we will see how the heat treats it, but so far I am very pleased with the performance, and not having to mess with my antenna going through the car was anymore. 5This thing works great. Pleased with my purchase Installed it in a 1970 Chevy that never had a radio. Installed my Kenwood deck. I am pulling a unbelievable amount of channels, crystal clear. I live out in the country 15 miles from the nearest city. This thing works great. Pleased with my purchase. 5Stay away from this seller Just quit after a couple months. Strangest thing. Worked so well and just stopped for no reason. Seller promised a replacement over two months ago and never complied. Stay away. 1Exemplary reception & highly recommended! My 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe shared a complaint by all that have one - the left rear side window antenna amplified antenna was useless. Thought about the whole shark fin on the roof antenna, but just didn't want to bote a hole in the roof. This antenna is very low-key, installed easily on the right top inside of the windshield (make sure your glass is clean) and holy crap - I get LA stations in San Diego now, and no static either. At times I would get zero reception in some San Diego areas, with local stations!No more.I'm impressed! 5Works perfectly! Absolutely en excellent product. I have to admit I was a little sceptical that this antenna would actually pull a decent signal. I purchased a Mini Cooper and the previous owner cut the audio harness along with antenna wire for some odd reason. Anyway this solved my problem and works better than the factory antenna in my Jeep. Just ordered another one for my wife's BMW E46 convertible, due to aftermarket radio. Easy fix, stuck to inside of back window and so far has stayed put (suggest you clean the window thoroughly with alcohol first). Reception slightly poorer than a fully extended antenna but nothing to complain about, especially at the price. 5
