    Decent case This is a pretty cool case for the money, but I do have a couple of nit picks... It'd be really nice if the screws for the clear cover were captured better, they easily fall out of the cover when it is off. This could be a major problem if it happened while under way, as its water tightness would be compromised, It should take more than 1/4 turn and gravity to lose a screw.My 7" LCD (along with a Raspberry Pi, GPS puck, 12VDC to 5VDC converter and cables) fit easily inside of it, but unfortunately the clear cover is not suitable for being placed over an electronic display, its thickness is a little uneven and it has circular lines from the manufacturing process and other inconsistencies that distort an LCD screen if placed below it. I tried to buff it with acrylic polish with no success.This was a disappointment, it forced me to cut a hole in it for the display, and seal the edge with Gorilla tape. Testing it with a hose proved it is still water tight for now, but no telling how long it will last. This could be a huge problem in a storm. At some point I'll likely want to upgrade to a 10" display, if/when I run across an enclosure with a cover that is closer to optically clear. 4nice box good quality 5Exactly as described The box is a good quality plastic, and seems to hold up well to the weather. 5Fish finder battery box I bought this as the box for a battery to power a fish finder on a kayak.I needed one with room for the battery and the associated wiring. It had to be water resistant, but not airtight, and easily portable.This worked a treat, and easily fit in the hatch on my kayak. 5Five Stars very affordable, well made, arrived quickly, exactly what I wanted. 5
