    Excellent solution when you need more lightThese were the perfect solution to improving the lighting in my basement - It was built with only bare bulb fixtures and I needed to make it brighter - these allowed me to do so without mounting or wiring any extra fixtures. They also stick out less than normal bulb so there are fewer problems with head clearance.5Fantastic to convert overhead light fixture from 150W incandescent to dimmable ledworked fantastic in place of a overhead light fixture using a 150 watt bulb. Now I have three dimmable led bulbs putting out the equivalent of a 200 watt bulb for under 40 watts.5Recommend, with some reservationsWould have given 5 stars, but the contacts inside were positioned such that they didn't quite reach the bulb base. My handyman had to tinker with it a few minutes to get it so the bulbs would light. Other than that, clever product at a great price. It allowed me to easily convert a single-bulb pendant into a 3-light fixture.4QA on threads and contacts could be improvedFit and finish are ok, and feels pretty solid overall. Works as intended. After an initial test with three bulbs, I noticed that one wouldn't light up so I took them all out and lifted the bottom metal contact in each socket upwards a bit. After that all the bulbs worked. Also noticed that it was difficult to tell whether some bulbs were screwed in tight to the bottom versus just having snug threads along the way. None of these issues is a big deal, but seems like QA could be improved.4Hey, it allows 3 bulbs into one outlet. ...Hey, it allows 3 bulbs into one outlet. It works. Only 4 stars as I had to bend up the center tab on a couple of the receptacles so the bulb would make contact. Cheap price means it little lower quality out the door. In the end, all three (2 in garage and 1 in basement) have all been working for almost 7 months so far.4Great low profile splitter, build quality just okI installed these in my garage, which has ceiling-mounted screw bases and an 8ft height. Other lamp socket adapters point the lamps downward, which may be desirable for some, but for me, would have placed the lamps in harm's way. Illumination has much improved now that I essentially have 3x the socket quantity available.These lamp holders aren't very sturdy, though. I believe you could damage them by overtightening a lamp. Build quality is sufficient for supporting 100W equivalent CFL and LED bulbs. I don't know that I'd feel comfortable mounting anything heavier than that. I should also mention that one adapter arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging.4FYI Sockets point out and do not moveIt appeared in the photos that the sockets were adjustable but they are stationary. Other than that it worked great just didn't fit my application perfectly.3Money Well SpentMy garage (like so many others) just has the one light bulb fixture in the center of the ceiling. Barely adequate especially if you are spending any time out there. I was going to replace it with a standard t8 flourecent fixture but say this thing and thought I'd give it a try. Money well spent. Cheap, effective, and took me all of 30 seconds to install. My garage is now bright.5low profile is nice for the right usage!love it. It does what i need. Light shines better with bulbs going verticle but thus is great because its low profile so I can deal with the "inefficient" positioning.I have a 4 way one in the garbage with 4x100 watt crees. My garbage is super bright now and this one goes in the basement :D.5Great for low clearance spotsThese worked perfect in my garage over the garage door with little clearance. I loaded them up with 9W LED bulbs and have great light using little electricity.5
