    It was setup in a large room and the best I could do was get everything about 10 feet ...This is the first Ubiquiti product that I have had any issues with, but I could not get it to focus correctly at all. It was setup in a large room and the best I could do was get everything about 10 feet in front of it to relatively be in focus and even then the quality was poor.Playback was smooth, and the OS is very easy to use while still having all the basic features needed, I just couldn't continue using the product due to the focus issues.I really hope they update the camera sensor in these sometime soon, as I would love to use them. 2Poor Image QualityThe image quality on these cameras is sub par for the price. Their other cameras are alright, but you can get 10 times the image quality for only about $20 more with many other cameras that are readily available.I really like the other Ubiquiti products and use them regularly for our customers. This one is a flop though. 2nice cameragreat cameras for the price 5AwesomeFor the price these cameras are AWESOME. They mount VERY easily on a drop ceiling. However, as far as i can tell, its impossible to mount without drop ceiling. If they would come up with a mount that you could screw in to the wall it would be 5/5 stars. 4Great IP CamBundled with the AirVision 2 software this is an excellent little camera. Has built in audio and great video quality. 5Good price, very short life of camerasPrice is tough to beat. But you pay for what you get. We have two cameras at our office and over the course of 1 year we have had to replace them both. The first time it was shipped to us non functional and they sent us a new one right away. The second went bad after a couple months and the company would not agree to replace it so we had to buy another one.As long as the area is well lit these cameras work great. If your looking for great customer support and a durable product look elsewhere 3Great for the priceThird party NVR support can be tricky, but for the price, this unit is hard to beat. The big negative is the plastic dome. It's not attached very well. If the camera is within reach, it will get damaged since it isn't security rated. 4Works with linux and zoneminder, no 720p snapshots possible, picture somewhat blurry due to cheap sensor.I ordered 3 of these.One was out of focus when I got it, and it's very hard to turn the focus ring (there are 2 little slots where you have to put your nails and apply a lot of force to break a glue seal the first time).However, even when fully in focus, the picture looks somewhat blurry most likely because the sensor is cheap and doens't fully capture 720p.The pluses are:1) it is better than 640x480 just not as good as 1280x720 should be2) super wide angle picture, great for some rooms3) RTSP support works with vlc and zoneminder (free DVR motion software)But don't expect a great picture, or good dynamic range, you won't get that. 3I wanted to like it but I couldn'tLoved everything about the camera except the picture. Video was not quality and was very low resolution. I am really sad that these did not work out, I had high hopes for this camera. The video did not look anything like the demo video. 1Good cameraGood camera for the price. Decent range for my application. 4
