However, when I attempted to use it, I have had multiple issues from the beginning. I can barely hear it and then it has been cutting out. I haven't been able to use it, and now it will not work at all, queuing up without me touching it and making strange noises when others speak. 2Snap Crackle PopReceived on Thursday used Monday and today (Tuesday). And the clip snapped off while trying to clip to bag strap. It works fine but the clip is needed or else you would use the radio as is.Not sure if it's poor quality or defective material either way, it is being returned. 1Case is brittle plastic!This radio mike lasted about 2 months before the plastic case cracked open during use. It seems the plastic is brittle and it cracked open between 2 screws placed not far apart on the back. Cant recommend it to anyone for that reason. 1Worst product. No good for the money wish I ...Only lasted two months. Haven't gotten it wet or anything and the speakers are messed up in the mic. Worst product. The speakers sound busted nothing can be made out when dispatch is calling on the radio. 1Not worth it.It worked good for a few months, then afterwards I was having issues with keying the shoulder mic. I used it all the time for work. You'd have to press it just right in order for it to work properly. Then eventually even hitting the sweet spot would not always get it to work properly. Even the button on the connector wasn't functioning properly in the end. Also, having a button on the connector was a bit annoying at times as it would get pressed against something when I was sitting and activate.The price isn't bad, but from my experience, it'll only last a few months before you start having issues. So it's best to spend a bit more and get a better shoulder mic. 2
