    Does what it says it does. Bought it to use as a shut off for my 220 line going to my JuiceBox Pro. Works great and looks professional.Not a breaker so don't buy it unless you are looking for a great big light switch rated for 220 volts. 5Just what I needed Great product. Easy to install.Comes with switch. 5Perfect shut off for AC I purchased two of these shut offs for my new air conditioners. It wasn't until after I bought them that I learned the new AC required only 20 amp service. Whoops. These work fine anyway since they are only running on a 20amp breaker at the electric panel and this is just a means to shut off the power closer to the unit. 5Its a plastic disconnect box, a solid little plastic box. Exactly as advertised. Nice box. 5Much better than the typical pull out disconect! I used this to replace a pull out disconnect on my 5 ton AC unit which had some worn prongs resulting in unreliable contact and therefore caused the compressor motor to drop out.I feel as though this style of disconnect is much safer than the pull out as there is likely less hazard from arc flash and it's easy to flip the switch rather than physically pull out a disconnect.Plenty of mounting holes were provided and the build quality seems sufficient to last plenty of years. I would definitely recommend this disconnect! 5It was cheap enough that you can't complain about the pretty minimal plastic construction Came fast, just as described. It was cheap enough that you can't complain about the pretty minimal plastic construction, I have it mounted indoors so no weather worries. I might want a somewhat better quality for outdoors. Switch is simple cutoff, no overcurrent protection but suited my use perfectly. 4Did the job but did not feel up to Square D quality standards (Especially QO) I used this as a disconnect for an outdoor fountain pump. The item worked really well and was a good deal for the price. The reason I gave it three stars was due to the fact that the plastic was fairly flimsy for a high voltage item from Square D. I especially say that considering this is their QO line vs the lower residential line. I have used several other QO and Homeline items and been very happy with their production and their quality. I also think that it would have been nice for them to include a ground and a neutral bar (they include just one) for anyone who may need it for such a use. All in all, the product does work and is not going to be opened much, however I would like to see a better product in the future from Square D.Hope this helps!! 3Replacing a couple of metal disconnect enclosures that are completely ... Replacing a couple of metal disconnect enclosures that are completely rusted out from sprinklers. Not as strong as a metal enclosure but in this scenario it should last much longer. 5Nice disconnect but missing some things First of all, it comes with mostly 3/4" knockouts, only 1 (usable) 1/2" knockout (there is a 1/2" inside a 3/4" KO but you'll break it if you try to get it out) so you'll need a set of reducing washers or a mix of 3/4" and 1/2" clamp connectors.The AHJ however failed the box initially because as a sub-panel it only comes with 1 bus-bar (for either ground or neutral) whereas neutral and ground in sub-panels cannot be bonded, so you'll need to go out and buy another bus-bar for this thing.The case is quite flexible so you won't crack it. There is quite some room for a few wires. 3Looks great at first glance, but super cheaply made Based on a few other reviews, I went with product over the more common metal outdoor box that is the same price. I figured this one would have a better seal as it has a rubber gasket.Anyway, as soon as i opened the packaged, it appeared to be much larger than you would think it was. Something that can be overlooked. Once opened and the cover removed, its somewhat flimsy. Still, it was adequate.Now for the bad, which is what earned this product 2 stars. There is only one 1/2" knock out on the left side, bottom and rear. All other knockouts are 3/4 and 1 inch. It would have been nice to have two half inch on the bottom at least. Still, not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is when you try to knock the 1/2" knockout, out. It is paired inside a 3/4" knockout. It is cheap plastic holding them in place. The worse, is that the tabs that hold the knockouts in place are facing the same direction, so when you try to knockout any knockout, it breaks the biggest one free and now you have a giant hole. There is no free space on the bottom to drill out a manual hole. I ended up having to carefully drill out a 1/2" hole inside of a 3/4" knockout to get it to work. and still, the plastic is so weak, it still partially broke the 3/4" free and it wiggles.This issue would have been very difficult to produce on a metal box. An easy fix would have been to include a 1/2" knockout that was not nested inside a larger knockout. Have to live with a huge hole in my box covered with duct tape for now until i get a different box... 2
