    This cast iron cover could not be any better if I did it myself Exactly what I was looking for, for an Old round concrete drain. The original cover has seen its final days. This cast iron cover could not be any better if I did it myself. It s an exact fit. 4-3/8 5Good drain. Cast Iron. Good drain. 5Too bulky for me. Rusts over time. Also, if it were made a little thinnner it would be perfect. 3Quality product Solid, heavy cast iron. I put these over my basement drains. They stay put and don't float away when water flows to the drain. They look good too. Super simple too. You literally just set it down on the ground over top of the drain and then walk away. 5"Almost" a good fit I bought this cover to replace the original cover which rusted away some years ago. This cover is a fairly good replacement in that it covers the drain pretty well, but it does not stay in place if something is rolled over it (it tends to slide to one side). If it had a vertical component (like the original it replaced) extending down into the drain it would stay in place better. Believe me, this cover is much better than having an open drain, but it's not as good as the original (which I can't seem to find). 4Five Stars Perfect fit well constructed 5Five Stars Perfect fit. 5
