    Needed to "fix" Before UseIt arrived with a dead battery, had to clean it because of battery rust. I loved it once the thing started working. I wanted to order 20 more for friends & family but I don't trust they will work. Love to support the cause but I'm going to end up buying them in black 1Don t even bother!Received this product with either A. Dead Battery or B. Broken Product....I should've read the reviews... So take it from me when I say please don t waste your money on this item just for it to then sit in a drawer until you have the time to find, buy and fix the battery. Oh, then to put the icing on the cake who even truly knows if that s the only issue for the product not working let s say I purchase a new battery to put inside the product and then turn around and it still not work..... then I d be out even more money. Not worth the hassle, time or money.1Great weapon of defenseFortunately I have not had to use this yet, but did try it and it would most definitely scare of an attacker/intruder. I have several (purse, car, desk at work and by the front door at home and one in my bedside table drawer). I have also given several as gifts.5Good but not too loud.Good product. I like how easy it is to attach to my purse. It looks like just a normal key chain. I had some difficulty figuring out how to operate it. When the directions says pull the pin/ tab after you pull the plastic tab off to activate, it means to pull the pink alarm body away from the metal key chain. It looks like a earphone jack, so to shut the alarm off just put the key chain back in.
