    Servings are only about 200 calories.This product has a lot value for what it is. My complaint is that the listed number of servings is deceptive. each serving is only about 200 calories, depending on what the meal is. 4Wise foods bucketsI tried the whole "store what you eat and eat what you store" and it's a pain in the ass... Expecally when you have people in your house that don't share your theology of being prepared. So I changed up my game plan and decided that the wise foods/mountain house (they are owned by the same parent company, so essentially they are the same product) was the best route to go. I looked into piece mealing a 30 day food supply together and by buying things indivually but the food alone was going to be around $450.00 before storing it. And I wasn't going crazy wirh designer means I'm talking rice, beans, oats, ect. Off amazon I pick up the 120 dinner and 120 breakfast buckets and for about $375 I have basically a months worth of food for 4 adults which I believe will likely take my young family of four a little bit farther expecially because I have a lot of rice stored away as well but that's a whole other article. I grew up eatting C rations and the first generation if MRE's that my father would bring home from the field, and the past 14 years I've eatten unumeraratanle amount of MRE's and I have to say the wise food/mountain house foods taste as good if not better than what our fine troops all over the world eat so I give it 5 stars. 5Food insuranceWith the economic situation as it is today and it seemingly getting worse, its a "wise" idea to have some food storage in place for emergency purposes as a safety net. These are light weight, store easily, last long and are tasty. 5But I can tell you that I am very pleased with the containerI don't plan on eating this until an emergency..But I can tell you that I am very pleased with the container...should help preserve the the product and is sturdy and has a handle for ease in carrying. 5Very PleasedWe always try to keep emergency supplies on our farm in case of storms ornatural disasters. I've become a victim of web-bot, Nostradamus, and the Mayan Calendar - so my house is turning into a combination supermarket and first aid store. If you're expecting the zombie apocalypse soon, then this is a great item to have on hand. The food is actually pretty good. I'm pleased with the price, pleased with the taste, and pleased that it comes in an easy-carry bucket that is sealed and will stay dry even if my house floods.
