    Even better than advertised Beautiful, heavy, and much larger than you would imagine. PERFECT! 5Overall nice quality Beautiful doorbell button. Feels nice and sturdy in your hand. The only problem is the light stopped working this week. It worked for about 7 months. The button for the doorbell still functions, it just stopped lighting up. Kinda disappointed and would like to know if the light can be replaced ? If the light still worked I would easily give 5 stars. 3Very good quality and probably twice the length of the builder ... Very good quality and probably twice the length of the builder grade crappy one we had. The backlit button is a nice touch. Overall we are very pleased with the look, huge upgrade from our previous doorbell. I only knock it a star because the doorbell came with the screws but no anchors. Our home is brick so anchors are a must. Hubby had to go to Home Depot to find some anchors that fit, but once he did installation was easy. He just placed it over the old drill holes to cover them up but this one was much longer than the old so he drilled new holes. 4Unique look The button is large and adds a unique look to the front door. Unfortunately even on a flat surface light bleeds out the back.. I filled the back with some silicone to block the light when I mounted it especially since I was mounting on stucco which is not level. 4Beautiful door bell but not bronze in color. Beautiful door bell, have it a four Star because it was not the color described. It is more a copper color and I needed a bronze. Had to paint it to match the ready of my hardware. Well made if a heavy metal and lights you well. 4So easy to install My daughter noticed straight away and she can be really picky she loves it. I can't believe I waited so long to change out that cheap brass circle... 5Nice and Easy to Install I'm a sixty-something year old gal and I was able to install this myself - not because of the stellar instructions, but because when I pulled the old one off, I could see how the new one was supposed to be connected.It's lovely and remains lit all day and night using the tiniest amount of electricity from the doorbell wiring. Very nice. 5Nice size and style, but is poorly engineered This button has a nice, heavy, large frame. These features are mainly why I bought this item. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The button mechanism itself is very cheap and poorly designed. You have to press the button on either the top end or the bottom end for the bell to ring correctly. Pressing in the middle requires a large amount of force to ring, and I am afraid the circuit board would break if pressed too hard. The light within the button is clearly not LED as it gets warm. At least it has not burned out on me yet after a few months of running. On top of all that, the item was missing a screw, so I had to find a fourth screw and try to colour it to match the others. 3Beautiful, Failed at 8 weeks. Really Beautiful, Easy to install. The inside appears cheap and flimsy. Light still is illuminated, but the button stopped working around 8 or 9 weeks after install. It wasn't expensive, so I don't mind replacing it, but it is disappointing.It also did not function properly with my door chime. My chime is a digital unit that plays music for about 8 seconds when the button is pressed. However with this button, it would only play for a tiny moment. For example, when set to play the happy birthday song, pressing this button would only play "happy birth-". I inspected and reinstalled twice to ensure all the wires were correctly connected, but it never functioned correctly. 1It is classy and a great size. My builder grade doorbell button kept getting stuck so I ordered this as a replacement. It is classy and a great size. 5
