    Five StarsIt is easy to use and accurate. 5Solidly made and accurate and easy-to-use.What is really nice about this product, is that it performs as advertised. it has a wonderful storage feature that allows you to keep averages and accurate accounting of your measurements. Also, in my opinion, it is more accurate than the wrist type of monitor. The quality is good and I would recommend this product above all others. 5WRONG and SCARYTerrible, terrible low quality device. Shows consistently wrong reading of blood pressure (BP) with wild deviations. Reads 20 to 40 points from your actual BP. After I got scared to death, scheduled a visit with my cardiologist, got a complete cardio exam with EKG and what not, plus several readings of BP done manually. After hour and a half and $150.00 extra (this was an unscheduled "emergency" visit) my doctor told me to calm down because I did not have a problem with high BP. My high reading was 133/82, the low 128/78. The OMRON read 170/96 and 164/94 ????Don't buy it. It is a piece of JUNK, made in China. 1Product works great & I was pleasantly surprised that AAA batteries were ...Product works great & I was pleasantly surprised that AAA batteries were included. was able to use right out of the Box 4BP MachineThis is the third BP machine I have purchased from Omron. Unfortunately, the first one that I used for several years had a special EZ fir cuff that only came in the standard cuff which was too big for my wife's arm. I found out that there are smaller cuffs that can used for people with small arms. Unfortunately, Omron did not make such a cuff for my BP machine. It was suggested I get a wrist BP machine as that would fit her wrist. So, I purchased one of their most advanced wrist BP machines that communicated via Blue Tooth to my iPad to download the readings automatically and kept a running record. Well, no one at Omron told me that wrist BP machines are not very accurate and after readings all over the place, I finally took the unit you our doctor and after the nurse took my wife's BP, I used the Omron Wrist BP machine and took her BP and it was significantly off, like about 25-30 point low. That is when I called Omron and they only made one BP machine that had a optional small cuff and that was one of the most basic devices. On top of that, I had to buy the machine plus the optional small cuff. so now I have three BP measuring devices and an extra standard BP arm cuff. All my doctors say that Omron is the best out there for non-professional, and that is why I purchased it, but for some unknown reason, Omron chooses not to provide a small cuff for the advanced machines, so I am back to manually recording my wife's BP daily. 5The tubing too longI really do think Omron are the best for accuracy, ease to use, however I just wish the length was shorter, i'm finding it hard to use because i have to keep the arm straight and reach to turn the unit on, the cord or long tubing is too long, it fits well around the arm, etc. but i wish it was shorter. 5Accuracy is questionableIn comparison with another blood pressure monitor, the two readings are really far off from each other. It was also off with the Dr's readings. I returned one monitor and they sent me another, so need to get that checked with Dr's office. I know that B.P. is really a difficult body function to monitor, but when there are different readings from all, it's hard to be comfortable with any reading, except what the dr gets. I also have a old fashion, according to todays standards, sphygmomanometer which does not agree to readings of the Omron. I am rejecting blood pressure meds because of all the side effects, and I really need something to depend on for accuracy. B. P. is nothing to fool around with, and I am concerned about what is accurate and what is not. 3Works Great!This is so easy to work. Has batteries in box, put them in, and you are ready to go. Setting the date and time was very easy. I was concerned that the cuff was not going to be big enough, but it is just fine and fits and works great. Love the feature on recording the results so I don't have to remember or wright any down. I recommend this item. 5Accurate and easy to use. Cuff is way too bigI love this unit except for the huge cuff that came with it. It's way too long.Keeps records for two different users. Can scroll forward and back through recorded measurements. 4Seems to be operating properly and registering consistent BPsAs with all of these devices, I wish some calibration were possible. That said, this device works acceptably and has continued to operate well for the month I've been using it for house calls. The pressures it measures are similar to what I get with my hand operated cuff and stethoscope. No complaints so far. I hope the cuff doesn't start to leak like the one on my Panasonic, or suddenly start to give wrong blood pressure measurements. Acceptable so far. 4
