Very good, Except for the LEDs Very good quality keyboard. Very durable, and sturdy feeling material. The key press feels nice, and the actual keys them self, feel very good. The USB wire is braided, which is always nice. The only reason I am rating four stars though is because of the price, if it was anymore, I would rate three; and this is because of the LEDs.The LEDs give little to no customization, you have 3 lighting settings when using the most basic options. So, the brightness key controls the brightness of the LEDs, and the pulse key controls the rate at which the LEDs pulse. You have three preset LEDs to go through, and that's all you have. The only other customization features, are setting brightness, and you have a pulse option. It doesn't have any software to go along with it, and I haven't been able to find any online. I would rate 3.5 stars if I could. This is just what you get for a 20 dollar keyboard.Overall, It's a GREAT, Keyboard, and you should buy you are looking for a cheap keyboard. 4Cheap backlit keyboard and it feels like it. Rainbow LED colors, cannot change to a solid color. This review is for NPET K10 Wired Backlit keyboardShort version - looks cool from a distance. But is miserable to type on and the LEDs lack adjustability. Ok for your 10 year old to beat on.Looks OK, and for under $15 what do you want? Well, I for one would LOVE to be able to change the rainbow brite backlights to one single color. Blue, red, etc, something. I have not discovered a way to do this. The instructions say (and comments on reviews are the same) that FN+Page UP changes LED modes. This did nothing for me, as far as I can tell FN+Page UP = brightness UP, FN+Page DN = brightness down. The "LED" light key (directly above the HOME key turns the LEDs on or off, or through one of 3 rainbow modes. Note, these are STATIC rainbow modes, it doesn't shift or change colors. If you FN+LED or FN+HOME, it enters a "breathing mode" where the lights pulse in and out. THAT IS IT.The printed and online instructions are wrong, or maybe for a different model keyboard.FN+ =light up = WRONG, this is actually FN+PG UPFN+ =light down = WRONG, this is actually FN+PG DNFN+HM=7 constant colors (7 modes) = WRONG, enters breathing modeFN+PD=turn off the light = WRONG, this dims the LED lighting brightnessFN+INS=LED colors cycling = WRONG, this does NOTHINGFN+PU=Customized led lighting = WRONG, this increases the LED lighting brightnessFN+DEL=Running RGB lighting (2 modes) = WRONG, this does NOTHINGFN+END=7 colors/1 colors breathing (8 modes) = WRONG, this does NOTHINGFN+ =LED spreading/breathing speed down = I don't even know what key this refers to. Oh, so many many typos I made while typing this. Not enjoyable to type on at all. And the keys are... raised? Tall? I don't know the best description, but they sit a lot higher than you would expect.It sort of looks like a mechanical keyboard, but with zero of the feel.All I wanted was an inexpensive, mediocre, backlit keyboard to use at work in a dark room. Just typing this review.... no way I'm taking this junk to work. So uncomfortable to type on and you're locked into rainbow mode. Not worth my time or effort to return this thing... it will likely wind up in the dumpster or at Goodwill.Is it better or worse than the other sub $20 LED keyboards? Hard to say. 2Sub par keyboard, cheap switches, feels cheap. Where to begin with this review?Well, perhaps we should start with the most frustrating aspect of it, the way the keyboard feels.Typing on this keyboard is a lot like ice skating, especially if you type faster than 90WPM, your fingers slide across the keys which leads to you pressing another key due to the keyboard's design, and the lack of any spacing with the keys themselves. The space bar has springs under it which make it stiff when it chooses to respond, and a stabiliser that rocks forward and back making it feel less like a keyboard and more like a toy. The ergonomics of the keys are inconsistent, some are lower whereas others are higher, the lower set of keys are convex (LCTRL,WIN,LALT, SPACE, RALT, FN, MENU, RCTRL), where as every other key is concave. F1-F12 stick, Enter sticks, the numeric pad sticks, the shifts respond half the time, and over all this keyboard has reduced my typing speed by 30WPM from my typing speed of 118WPM. While true that you can lubricate the keys for smoother action, change out the springs and the stabilisers for higher quality ones, a product should work when it is purchased, and should NOT require modification of any kind. To the keyboard's credit, the FN commands are useful, but the extra functionality does not make up for bad switches and poor design. As for the ''chroma'' on the keyboard? Well, you have the options of LED off, green to red, blue to green, and aqua to yellow, no customisation, no software that comes with the keyboard, you can press FN+Home+LED to cycle these effects which is distraction more than anything.Conclusion? You're better off saving your money and buying a real gaming keyboard that can function both for gaming and every day use.Thank you for your time. 2Four Stars Works great but I think they ran out of something see photos (1! 2@ buttons) 4Good keyboard for the price Very good keyboard for $30. I'm not so good with typing, but I am happy with my use for this keyboard, which is gaming. the keyboard itself lights up, but you can't customize it. Didn't really mind. all of the keys are very responsive and they all work. There are drainage channels in the keyboard, but I haven't tested this keyboard for being water resistant because this is the only keyboard that I have. my only complaint is that its really loud if you type or game on this thing. 4Great for price Very heavy and sturdy feeling keyboard with mechanical typing feel. You just wasted a Tuesday. 1So far so good! Our work changed our computer and our keyboard. The work keyboard had no travel and keys would often stick. Although this keyboard is for gaming, it has lots of travel and is responsive. The lights add an extra flair and co-workers are often curious. Overall, for the price, the quality is great. It isn't quiet but that would mean the keys would be lower profile.Update:Two months of using this at work, the "R" and "I" stopped working on a consistent basis. I contacted the seller and Phoebe was very helpful, prompt and sent me a new keyboard to try. 5 stars as this keyboard is affordable, comfortable and with great customer service. 5Great looking keyboard I really really like this keyboard. I love the colors, they shine brightly and the gradient is just really cool. They keys are nice and easy to push, and they aren't too loud. I type pretty fast and there's nothing I hate more than a loud keyboard, because the faster you type the more noise it makes. The only weird thing I would say about this keyboard is the backslash and enter/return button. Every other keyboard I've ever used has a longer return button and the backslash is on top of the return key, this one has a taller return key and the backslash is next to the apostrophe/quote key. Which makes it a bit hard to get used to. But eventually I will. But it's still weird.tl;dr it's a great keyboard, nice coloring, lights up well, types good, enter button slightly strange. 5You get what you pay for...I should have known better than to buy this. Let me get this eye brow raising bit out of the way first: Under Amazon's My Account/Your Orders, this particular product out of hundreds of other products I have purchased is missing " Leave Seller Feedback" and " Write a Product Review"...among others. I WONDER WHY?Let's talk about the actual keyboard that I purchased for ~$17.00 on August 25, 2018. The date today is October 13, 2018 and already the ENTER Key and the Left SHIFT Key have failed. Meaning, pressing those keys will NOT preform a desired action, ever. It was a gradual but quick failure ( 2 days). Ohh, It's a pretty looking Keyboard but underneath the skin it's full of nasty surprises.The last time I checked, the entire premise of buying a KEYboard is when you press a KEY, it will preform a action. That is its primary function. Really, other than slight ergonomics and how they (KEYS) 'feel', NOTHING else really matters!In the matter of less than Two Months, 2 of the most essential keys required have already failed!I am not the first or last person to complain about this. Do not buy this product and stay away from this seller. Just my opinion. 1
