    Four StarsFit 2012 F150 perfect. Make sure when installing it to not over tighten the bolt into fender. 4Great way to avoid putting holes in your vehicle.I did not want to use a magnetic roof mount and have to take it down to get in the garage. This made a very nice mounting with no fuss. It looks good, several HAM friends have so remarked. I needed to cut the PL-259 off the end of the coax in order to feed it through a small hole in the floor behind the drivers seat. I purchased a pack of PL-259 connectors to replace the one I cut off. (You need to solder them on) This resulted in a fine, clean install of my mobile unit. The SWR meter indicated that the install was good without need for adjustment. 504 f150 Passenger side installI installed this on my 04 f150 on the passenger side just below the factory antenna using a factory bolt that holds on the fender . Fits like a glove. When installing the NMO cable I had to really force the base in (used a light weight hammer ) the hole is "just" a tad small for the antenna base. I did make it work and i do like the look of it , just was not happy I had to use a hammer to force it in . 4Works with minimal modification for '05 EscapeI bought it for my 2005 Ford Escape knowing it wasn't in the description of compatible vehicles only because I looked at a lot of pictures and compared to my car to ensure the major design features would work. I encountered a few problems but it worked great in the end. The angles and length through the side of the hood worked great I just had to get a friend to grind down a corner a little bit so it would seat properly with the frame around the bolt. Solid product and without all the metalworking tools to make one yourself this is the best deal for mounting NMO antenna's to your Ford Vehicle. 4Overall it is a great product. Installed easily and as advertisedOverall it is a great product. Installed easily and as advertised. Is a well made and sturdy bracket. I would not hesitate to use one again if I needed to.However, its design mandates a driver side install. In the 2014 Ford Expedition there is goromet on the passenger side which gives access through the fire wall. As a result with a driver side mount the coax must be routed across the engine compartment to the passenger side. The battery is also located on the passenger side. A passenger side mount would greatly simplify the install .And reduce cable runs.
