I used these to replace some that burned out. I ran into a few problems where u really had to push them in, to get them to activate.4A Bright Spot in My HollidayNot suitable for my tree. Good quality product3Replacement bulbs worked perfect after I switched out the bases.Like other reviewers, the bases of these replacement bulbs were too big to fit my Christmas lights. But they still provided exactly what I needed. I was able pull out the fresh LED bulbs from the longer bases and insert them into the (shorter) proper bases for my lights.Tips: you may need pliers to pull apart the light cover from the base. Make sure you orient your bulbs the proper way (otherwise the replacement bulb will be white when the rest of the lights are color and vice versa). If you have multiple light bulbs burned out next to each other, do NOT turn on the power until all burned-out bulbs have been replaced (if the power is unevenly distributed, you can burn out more LED bulbs - learned that lesson the hard way).4One StarDoesn't fit in the bulb slot on the tree. They have a long base and look exactly like the bulb I was replacing. They switch between color and white. If you don't replace bad bulbs the life of your light set is reduced.5Worked for my needsI have a battery operated Christmas mantle swag that can change from all white to multi colors.
