    Top quality cases. These are the best CD replacement cases I have found. They even have the compact disc logo on the inside disc holder. The negative reviews mostly seem to concern broken cases. I think I have only had one bad case in 5 batches so far. That is pretty good numbers to me. But it will all depend on your mail service I would guess.They are solid and not really flimsy at all. Cannot tell the difference between these and most good cases. Ever so slightly flimsier than the hardest most solid CD cases on some high-end releases like Audio Fidelity, but otherwise top product for replacing your cases in music collection.I have directly compared these cases against brand new CDs in many genres of music. I'd say only the older CD cases from 80s are thicker but not much more sturdy. Only a couple audiophile labels might use thicker cases today.These are not defined as flimsy cases by any rational person. I know what flimsy cases are. I have a massive CD collection. There is virtually no difference here from a modern disc. Only some certain manufacturers have a thicker plastic and usually for audiophile releases. If you are looking for more sturdy cases good luck because you search is going to be in vain. You won't find them anymore. And really they aren't even needed. 5Hit or Miss quality. Feel like a soda bottle. Ordered from the same Amazon part from the same exact link two different times, a few months apart.First time I received some quality, hard plastic cd cases, with the compact disc logo inside.Second time, a completely different product. They flex and almost feel like the texture of a soda bottle.They get the job done, but at some point in the future I will replace them with a different product, and not take the chance with this one again. 2Just Like the Original Cases I bought some older games on eBay used, and I was looking to replace the scuffed cases. Replacement cases tend to be awful - usually made of cheap, flimsy materials that just scream "this is not the original case," but I figured I could always send them back if they were no good. When these arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! They are clean, durable, and they make my old games look like new! Even better than that, they look exactly like an original case, not just a cheap replacement. I couldn't be happier with this product, and I will definitely look to see if this company makes 4-disc cases for my Final Fantasy games. 5Looks the same as PS1 cases I bought these Replacement Jewel Cases in the hopes of replacing my old/broken PS1 and Dreamcast cases. I wanted to get cases that were exactly the same as the originals for a more authentic feel. Regarding this however, one thing to note is that on the PS1 cases I have there's a visible "Compact disc" logo on the inside where as on my Dreamcast game cases there is nothing in that spot but a blank square.Upon receiving the cases (fortunately none of mine were broken upon arrival, but maybe because they were shipped with some other things as well), the first thing I noticed was that these cases do indeed have the Compact disc logo on the inside, so I tried to replace my PS1 cases with them. Going solely by looks, I found that these cases do look identical to the original PS1 cases. HOWEVER, they do not in fact FEEL the same. These cases are less sturdier, and feel a little cheaper than the original cases. I found this out as I was pressing around the case to pop it open for the back art. This was kind of disappointing for me, but since they do look identical and should be sturdy enough to do the job I decided to give it 4 stars. Anyone simply looking at your collection probably couldn't tell the difference.tldr; looks exactly the same as PS1 cases (even includes Compact disc logo), but feels less sturdy 4Adequate for the Limited Purpose of Storage I had a few bootleg recordings on CD s someone sent me and needed jewel cases in which to store them. These cases are about what you d expect for around $1 each. The plastic is so thin on parts of the case it can be cut with a scissor as if it was paper. But as long as you re not using scissors around the cases they are adequate for storage. That is, to help keep your stuff organised. But these jewel cases are absolutely not of the grade one would find when buying average CD s. 4Flimsy but seemed OK If you buy these, buy them as a separate order. They only come in plastic (saran) wrap to hold them together. Amazon threw these in with 4 other items I bought without any foam or air packs, and it caused damage to the cases. I have to send them back now. :( 3No "Compact Disc Digital Audio" logo They're fine. I'm using them for parts. But the inner plastic holder doesn't come with the standard Compact Digital Audio logo. It's just blank. The doors fit, the back fits, but there's no way I can replace the inner parts of my audio CDs or PlayStation games with this and have it look authentic. I apologize about the picture quality, but the case with the Pink Floyd CD is the one from this listing, no logo, the one with the PS1 PSUnderground JamPack in it is an original holder, with logo. 4Useful replacement jewel cases, but they're very fragile These are useful to replace damaged, scratched or broken jewel cases for audio CDs or for video game systems that also used the same style cases (original Playstation and Dreamcast). The plastic seems very very close to the original, although the "feel" is ever so slightly off. This didn't bother me as they look amazing but it is worth mentioning for purists. They do have the "cd audio" stamp on the inner tray.With that being said, you take a gamble when ordering jewel cases like these, from any brand or seller, of some of them arriving broken due to how innately fragile they are. The odds of all 10 arriving to you intact seem slim, but this is true for any brand really. 4Bet you regret ordering economy size shampoo and CDs at the same time If you order a lot of CDs from Amazon, then we both know why we need these. Yes, they are exactly like stock factory cases and will replace those perfectly. The only problem you will have is that sometimes the CD releases themselves had cases with special colors made up or something like that, which obviously this won't fix. Also... Sometimes they will even be compatible with the un-broken parts you already have, so you won't have to trash the entire case... just replace the broken part. Also a tip... Order your CDs separate from other heavy products and you won't need these as much. It only took me years to figure this out. 5Don't bother. Shotty quality, flimsy and only 1 came in the condition promised 5 broken 4 scuffed and scratched They should be nice and clean, however, 5 came broken and had some scuffing, 4 came with some scratches and scuffing, and 1 came not broken or scratched. Not happy with that. Paying $10.76 for this to have 1 in the condition I should have gotten all 10? Not to mention, these are really really flimsy, from handling them to inspect them from being saran wrapped to setting them down they scratched even more. I'd save the money and invest in something in better condition than this. Sucks I am out almost $11 for this crap. 1
