    Perfect earpiece at the right priceI used to use the same style earpiece at an old job. My current job has earpieces that go into your ear and I just couldn t stand them, but their radios have a different connector. I m very happy to have one of these again and have already gotten three other people to buy them just from them seeing it.Pros: good cord length with a short section towards the end coiled for extra length when desired; two clips, one at the mic and one that can go anywhere from the mic to the coils; decent sound qualityCons: it is on the quieter side, however I haven t had to turn my radio all the way up and I work in a loud casino. I can imagine some other jobs this might be a tad too quiet though; it feels a little cheaply made..not so much that I feel like it s going to break in a month but it s not the quality of the official Motorola equivalent, however this was 150% cheaper so that s to be expectedNote that after all that I still give it five stars. I ordered this one because ive used the in-ear pieces in the past & they always make my ear achy.This isn t the most comfortable ear piece ever but I am able to tolerate it much better than others. Most of these I ve seen don t have the coil in the cord near the radio hookup & I really like that it s there. Would prefer the ear tube be more like the clear, coiled kind though. There s no give from the mic to the ear piece & it can make it difficult to keep on your ear without pulling. & the black wire is super obvious too. Don t like the way the earpiece fits, lack of adjustment for comfort. The wire is too short from earpiece to mike. I have short torso and still can t keep it tucked away.
