    Small and bright and last for days on a single battery I bought this in a lark because I have a set of the 12 volt makita tools. I is very bright and last for days on the battery, It is small enough to fit in my tool bag, It is a fine line. 5Disappointed at the brightness. Don't waste your money. It's not bright at all. My cheap led flashlight is a lot brighter..... 1Jerry Rig Everything! I love this flashlight. The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars is because the belt clip is only a belt clip. When I use a "work" light I need to hang it somewhere or prop it up so I can point the light at what I am doing. There are no hooks or loops to put s-clips or the such through it. If I were able to hang it from anything it would be perfect. I guess I am going to have to rig something up. 4Light is good, lasts forever on a charge it seems Light is good, lasts forever on a charge it seems. Good for work area light. Can't focus beam and too bulky to use to inspect aircraft, but definitely a good little walking light or work light if you can mount it on something. Can't say how long it lasts, but hours and hours for sure. I usually swap out my battery and put it in the drill when it dies.Solid 4 stars. If it had a stand it would be worth $10 more. 4Great little light!! Great little light. It is plenty bright but I will say not as much as the reviews say it is in my opinion. Using a lot on a basement finishing project and dropped it a few times with no problems at all. Im still on the first battery charge so lasts a long time. Great utility light that fits in pocket, must have if you already have the 12v makita battery. 5Somewhat annoying that I can't leave a battery in it It seems to slowly drain the battery, even when off. Better at illuminating a general area than being used as an inspection light. 2A Good Way To Protect That Spare Battery I keep the third battery for my Makita impact driver and drill motor plugged into this flashlight to protect it from bouncing around in the nylon tool bag I haul them around in.This thing is painfully bright, although its beam is not particularly well focused. It's easier to use than than hauling out an extension cord and plugging in a corded light. I like that its flat bottom allows it to stand up on its own; very handy for illuminating the inside of a dark kitchen sink base cabinet. Long run-time on a fully charged battery. Seems durable. (I've dropped it a few times already. It keeps on working.) 5Yeah! this is one powerful flashlight. If you happen to have the battery to this fine product i suggest you buy it. it is really bright aand the charge last a very long time, i find myself using it all the time. I nearly blinded an intruder at night trying to get into our house to get his soccer ball at night i flashed this in his face and instantly blinded him which made him feel really dumb when he could not see behind the flashlight. None the less he left i kept the soccer ball. if you want a reliable light get this you wont regret it. 5Cannot recommend this light Makita?
