    It's useful, but the joints are overly complicated and sometimes ... It's useful, but the joints are overly complicated and sometimes come lose when you don't want them to. Also, if you loosen the joints too much they fall apart and are difficult to put back together. You need helping hands to put helping hands together. 2A little too light and with some flaws but it can work. It is a little light as the base is plastic. The main arm is annoying to keep tight as it slides and if you move it up too far there is a taper at the top (so it will loosen there too). The LED light is nice and bright, I would have liked a more neutral coloring as this one is very blue but it works. Smaller diameter soldering irons will go too far in and the knob to tighten it is in the back where the soldering iron sticks out and could make contact (melt) with the knob. You do have to tighten the arm knobs very tight to make it so they don't move.But it will do the job and better than burning yourself (as long as it doesn't tip over) 2Clunky Clunky at best. Can't tighten the screws to hold arms in position. Base is also not heavy enough, so when using the coil stand for the iron, the whole thing falls over. Magnifying glass and light of good quality. Gets the job done, but I'd look elsewhere if I needed to get another. 2Two Stars Very cheaply made would not buy again almost unusable! 2Nice little item Screws are a little hard to tighten up, light works great and the magnifier works good too! No problems with any of the product. Everything works great and the clips are nice and tight. I think they will hold anything I would need the to hold. 4useless and easy to remove It is not a finely-made tool but is is suitable for the hobbyist. I soldered a connection onto wires and the gator clips kept the parts steady. It has a holder for the soldering iron...useless and easy to remove. The assembly can be a challenge, trying to get the gator clips attached to the ball sockets. However, a little perseverance gets the job done. The base is much lighter (plastic) compared to the earlier models but it can be mounted to the work bench. The LED light is -nice as well as the magnifier. 4Nice Nice convenient station for soldering. So far so good. 5good design but terrible execution good design but terrible execution. round connections holding round ends? what was I thinking? very light weight. I took the arms off of the little plastic stand and attached to a larger panavise base using some real clamps. works much better. 1Screws could use better gripping surface I liked the articulation, does not hold as well as it should. I tightened it and it held for a moment then dropped on it's own. Added tapeto center post for better grip and it works fine now. 3Very flimsy Good price I like the magnifying glass and light. But do not rely on the clip system, They are hard to stabilize and move in the middle of your work 2
