Sound was good other stuff not so muchThe sound quality was great and it had a good mic. Unfortunately the ear piece is really uncomfortable and the mic died within a month of use. It isn't a horrible ear piece if you are only using it for an hour or two but if you are like me and do 10 hour shifts I would recommend splurging a little and getting something a little more durable and comfortable or else your ears will hate you. 2It is compatible with the CLS 1110 Motorola radio.The foam ear piece falls off. It took some getting use to having it without the foam. The volume is kept at the lowest setting on the radio as the earpiece is very loud when turned up. 41 pack M head Earpiece Headset PTT With MicI bought these with using a comfortable earpiece for a walkie I have to use at my job and thought this would be a God send. It wasn't. The volume or the mic for this item isn't the problem, the comfort behind the ear is. It is slightly adjustable and will move but will slip back to it's original place and press down on your skin behind the ear. I realized the top of the earpiece comes to a slight triangular shape and will rub uncomfortably against the back of your ear causing discomfort and kind of an abrasion. I've tried putting a bandaid on my ear or even some tape on the plastic earpiece to relieve the irritation but it's just a hassle. Even the earbud part tends to slip out of your ear at the wrong moments just pissing you off when you're in the middle of doing something that you can't stop to adjust it. If the ring that connects to your ear were a little more circular and a tad larger, it would be perfect and I wouldn't be giving it a low score. 2Practical, affordable, and comfy!I work on set as a production assistant and this is my favorite headset piece yet! Doesn't block ambient noise, is comfy, and can swivel to work on either ear!Also, worked straight out of the box, which I've had some trouble with in the past with other styles/brands. 5Good.Good quality 5Stopped workingI bought this to use at my work. The product was working perfectly fine at the beginning of my shift but in the middle of my shift the item wasn't receiving the walkie sound but when I slightly moved the cord it was letting sound through. Maybe it's just the walkie but I doubt it.
