    Horrible customer service, lousy product support.Camera will only work with certain systems, and all the tech support fools can tell you is that it won't work with what you have. When you ask them what camera they have that will work, they refer a 10 year old model that nobody sells any more. Ask to speak to a supervisor and they hang up on you. This, only after being in hold for 39 minutes. Horrible customer service, lousy product. Returning the camera ASAP and taking my business elsewhere. 1Five StarsWorks great, Good quality for a wireless camera 5CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTANTI am on my second replacement wireless camera - first one failed internally and would not power on the second died within 1 week on install and now will not pair to the receiver. LOREX Customer support is TERRIBLE - DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS!!! It takes at least 45-60 minutes on the phone IF they dont put you on hold - then disconnect you! I tried email support - sent in tech request on 12/11 - as of 12-27 - STILL NO RESPONSE!! I even followed up every week since submission!! 1Very ImpressedGets very good signal even through traffic, trees and Cinder Block. The picture is almost as clear as the wired ones. Setup was easy and straight forward. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a camera in an area that cables are impossible to run. 5It works like it's supposed toIt works like it's supposed to. The only negative is that it does have to be plugged in so it's not completely wireless. But that makes sense because it would be a pain to change batteries all the time. So, you don't have to worry about running cable all the way back to your unit (DVR) but you'll probably need a long extension cord and some creativity to hide the cord from being an eyesore. I got 2 of them and the receiving antennae are next to each other in a cabinet and so far I have not had any issues with their signals. I wish all my cameras were like this one, would have made for easier installation. 5SHIPPING ITEMSI purchase the product to be installed on my home construction. upon completion of construction we took it out of the box my technician installed it but it never came on. Is there a warrantee on this product. Your assistance will be appreciated. 1Excellent technology for the priceI started with two of these along with a 4-channel DVR receiver that I bought direct from Lorex. I liked them so much that I bought two more to complete the set. The only complaint I have is the night vision is not as good as it claims, as it's more like a flashlight, but it's really quite amazing technology for the price. And, thus far, has been very reliable for the past 6 months. 5... remote antenna before it goes into the DVR is terrible, even by a windowRange between the camera and the remote antenna before it goes into the DVR is terrible, even by a window, less that 50 feet. 2Couldn't see a thingSadly I had to return this camera the first day. I was excited to receive the Lorex (LW3211 720p) and mount it to the front of my detached garage, as I already had an older standard def. Lorex mounted on the real of the garage for the past few years. I had no reason to suspect that this camera would work any differently than the older model. Apparently this newer model Lorex will not work with, and my not be compatible with my Swann HD DVR like the older camera is. A real disappointment. Whether the camera was defective, wouldn't pair, of just plain isn't compatible, I'll likely never know because I don't plan on changing over my entire 8 camera system to Lorex for just one camera -- yet. 1Poor picture quality / poor night vision.I should have listened to the reviews. Bought for the night vision, which is terrible...and nearby lights glare making it worse. My wired lorex cameras are awesome at night and better with nearby lights. Daytime video is ok in the middle of the view area. Around the edges it gets blurry. Not worth the money... 1
