    Works good, but I dislike the ear moldWorks good, but I dislike the ear mold. They seem to block out to much and can t here when talking to people. 4Terrible quality and durabilityTerrible quality. After a short period of use the quick connector becomes difficult to attach. Soon after the quick disconnect breaks, rendering the entire setup useless. Happened to my mic as well as several coworkers. Would not recommend 1stopped working after a few monthsThe ear mic is okay however the harness that accepts the plastic tube has a bad connection which causes this item to go in and out of use. The volume gets lower or not heard at all and if you turn up the radio and move the wire it will blow out your ear drum if it comes back in. Not satisfied and hope to return this item. 2Complete trash don t buy itComplete junk! Don t waste your money this is the second one which broke with in the last year. The last one I purchased was on 4/19/19 and it was useless by 5/5. This is all with normal wear. 1Works great so far.This was exactly what I wanted. The setup work perfectly with my motorola. The sound quality is perfectly clear. I haven't had any issues thus far but the only thing I would change would be the ear molds that come with the package. 5Two StarsCame with an extra pin that didn't allow the radio speaker to play without and earpiece. 2Rain kills itThe first time it rained on duty the microphone broke. Dispatch could only hear half of my information. I let it dry-out overnight and it still doesn't function correctly. POS 1Highly reliable mic/earpiece setup, with THE BEST earpiece around, includedI've used this Hawk lapel mic/ear piece setup for years, but the new earpiece that comes with this specific version is by far the best I've ever used.The other versions of earpieces always ended up making my ear canal ache after a while, and blocked out too much ambient sound. This new version, however, is ridiculously comfortable. I barely notice it, even towards the end of 16 hour days. Plus it's designed to allow more ambient noise through, which is a plus. 5GoodGood 4Mic is extremely muffledMy mic is very muffled. I love everything about the set up and length of the wiring.
