    does the job, looks very nice this hansgrohe holder was pretty easy to install and looks great. The open side of the holder can be reveresed by simply installing it upside-down.the post has a plastic insert that helps add friction to the swinging arm holding the roll. this way it doesn't swing out and back when pulling off the roll (and doesn't bang against the wall). 5They look very nice together. However Bought this to match with the Hansgrohe 4051600 S and E Towel Bar and Grohe 40365001 Towel ring. They look very nice together. However, the bar is not stationary and swivels - I would prefer that it was a fixed bar for the toilet paper. Also, I think the diameter of the ring (or hook) part of the paper holder is a little too small - I would prefer that it was closer to the diameter of the towel ring or towel bar. Function is not affected, I would prefer that the diameter was a little more substantial. If I had it to do over, I would probably purchase a different one. 3Easy to install and use Easy to install and use. Looks Great. 5I don't hate it, it seems high quality and very functional I don't hate it, it seems high quality and very functional. But be wary, I ordered chrome and received brushed nickel. So don't wait till the end of your renovation to crack it open, as I did, and miss the return window. 1Unlike Grohe products where the base (the larger circular plate) ... Unlike Grohe products where the base (the larger circular plate) is a single piece solid metal, this Hansgrohe's circular base is a thin metal cover. The installation is a bit more cumbersome. The screws are also much longer than normal Grohe products which is a problem for thinner walls. In my case, the screws were too long for my wall that has a pocket door. 2This is very high quality - How I used it I bought 6 (plus a spare) of the Hansgrohe faucets and I wanted to finish off the bathrooms with matching towel racks etc. I could not find a 30 inch chrome towel rack - I could only find a 30 inch in brushed nickel finish. So I have been looking at several options. I had ordered this paper holder just to see how well I liked the matching parts before I found out I could not find my towel bars. I like the quality well enough and thought about what I really needed and decided to repurpose this as a towel holder!!! I had one white towel holder (ring) that needed replacing to match the new faucets. I kept looking at this as a paper holder but I had it sitting on the sink and looked over at the towel ring and voila! It would fit perfectly and it matched the faucet and looked really good. I got out my tools and in a few minuts I had a square shaped towel holder instead of a ring. This is quite sturdy and easily holds a full size bath towel just as easily as a hand towel.The screws that came with this were made to screw into a stud, not drywall. I used my own screws and anchors. This did come with anchors but the screws had a long "no thread" area that would not allow any threads in the drywall area. I didn't take off a star for this - it seems like such a minor thing and it was easily taken care of. Plus it did not affect the final finish in any way. I'm not sure if there were supposed to be two sets of screws with this - one for stud mounting area and one for open drywall area or not.I would like to point out that unlike the picture i have my holder pointed the other way (the opening is to the right). This was for two reasons - the hex screws that hold the paper holder to the mount are then on the bottom and right side - and the opening is away from the doorway. I was afraid someone would snag themselves if the open side was very near the door.So - in thinking outside the box I have a very nice, very different towel holder.-Gerry 5Works well just wish it was a little more substantial. Matches the towel racks but not as substantial, could be a little more heavy duty but still works well. So simple putting the paper on and off. 4Beautiful - heavy and clearly high quality. Love that you can adjust the in/out against wall angle so easily. 5Looks great Love this brand, and this item doesn't disappoint. 5Solid construction, very sleek and classy, great finish Solid construction. It is heavy and looks great on the wall. Matches with my Hansgrohe EuroSmart faucets. Better than I expected, to be honest.Typical manufacturer in that they only include very weak drywall anchors. If installing to drywall, I'd get something a bit more heavy duty. Probably overkill, but I went with toggle bolts myself. I really don't want this ripping out. 5
