    Extremely difficult to install..These work, but are extremely difficult to install in existing housing unless you pull the housing out of the ceiling. Surely there is an easier design to sell instead of these. 4Work SaverI wish I had taken pic for all to see. This saved me from having to demo the ceiling to switch my 1978 recessed lighting to led. Easy to install. 5Don't use the screwI was trying to screw them in the can but that was very challenging so I just pulled them open a little so they fit tightly, placed the LED retrofits in the c-clip and pushed it all in and it stays. Saves a lot of time and effort. 4Quality option for led conversionThese worked well for converting our can lights to led quality lighting 5Worked wellWorked well and allowed the install of my recessed led lights to fit flush with not adjustments needed.
