Nice looking fixture - domed globe disperses light well !!!5Clean, modern lookI purchased the Halo 5-inch shower light trim kit to replace the exact same model (circa 2011) that broke after swatting a fly with a towel and knocking the glass lens which shattered in the bathtub.Easy to install. Trim ring is a nice bright white and fits right against ceiling. The only negative is that the glass lens doesn t feel as secure as it could be, hanging on 3 pins that fit into slots of the lens as you turn it. That being said, I won t be swatting at a fly in the shower ceiling again!4Nice looking in use.Well made. Looks good in place.4Perfect for the shower areaPerfect for the shower area. I plan to wire the light and bathroom fan (Panasonic FV-11VQ5 Whisper Ceiling 110 CFM Ceiling Mounted Fan) together and put them on a timer. Please note that this is just the light trim kit and you must also buy the Halo H5ICAT, 5" Housing to complete the unit. The housing that will be in the attic above the shower allows for attic insulation to be placed directly over and touching the light housing without overheating.4Rusts, even though rated for in-showerClaims to be an in-shower fixture with stainless steel ring, but is cheap stainless steel as it rusts, even though I clear coated and waxed before installing and am dill8gent abouthe wiping down after every shower.1good, but I don't like the looksI had to get this to fit into a low profile can, but much rather prefer the flat glass lenss of the 5051 instead of the dome of the 5054.
