    Five Stars This is a great sharpening product. 5Makes Sharpening of Tools easy. I have had one EZE-LAP sharpener for many years and used on both house hold and garage tool sharpening. Having a set of five with different "grits" allows a far greater scope of work. I hope the new ones last as long as the first. That I won't know for a while yet. Excellent for sharpening house hold Kitchen knives. Make sure to warn the family.!Can be used on carbide saw blades as well as steel chisels and cutters. 5Love Second set I've owned. Love them 5Good files I use these to sharpen tools and they have a nice diamond coating- no they don't replace stones or diamond flat sharpening pads but they are good for a quick touchup. 5Five Stars works well on sanding rough rocks and mild shaping of the stones. 5Keep handy to keep you tools sharp! This is a handy little sharpening kit to keep readily available whenever you need to "tune up" a router bit or other cutting tool. I use mostly the fine and ultra fine hones but the coarser sticks are good for removing nicks or burrs from metal objects. Cuts fast and leaves a nice, smooth surface. 5Very very nice! These work really well. I make Windsor chairs and I use them to sharpen my drawknife (which is something you can't do with a rigid diamond plate). These are perfect - very durable and they are SO inexpensive, too. Fantastic product. I seriously have no idea what the bad reviewers are talking about. 5Great Diamond Files for a Great Price. These diamond files are great. I bought one 25 years ago. I had hope these were made by the same company, and they seem to be. They should be used with water. One can unclog them with a carborundum stone (which young people don't seem to know about). 5Best bang for the buck This is a perfect set for sharpening router bits because the hones are flat, and have a nice handle. When sharpening router bits you only flatten the flat part of the bit, so these are perfect.I also have used the coarser ones in the set to re grind an edge on my draw knife, purchased as an antique and sharpen tool edges such as on my hatchet etc.I would use a small hard and soft Arkansas stone set for a pocket knife and water stones or larger diamond hones on chisels, planes etc.I like having multiple grits of diamond stone available and while this is expensive for what it is this set is at least complete and the best brand name deal around! 5Garbage The media wore off within 15 seconds of use. I ve used diamond stones before, this is more like diamond sandpaper and the diamond media is poorly adhered to the backing. The whole handle is plastic causing it to flex during use. It would be great if the handle was steel or aluminum with the diamonds impregnated into the metal.Returning. 1
