    Five Stars Works great 5Perfect Exactly what I needed to switch to after a really big microphone. This does not pull on my shirt. 5Mic quit working Broke after a month 1One Star This was great when it worked. It lasted a month before the mic portion stopped working. 1Excellent, exactly what I wanted. This product works extremely well. There are 2 keys for the mic, one on the lapel clip piece, and the other on the piece that attaches to the radio. This was important for me. It comes with multiple ear pieces for you to find the right, perfect fit. The clips for both the ear piece and the microphone are sturdy. I don't know if they are aluminum or what exactly, but they are not cheap plastic. They are very durable, and strong enough to stay clipped to where you put them.The entire piece is very light weight, and I never really notice it on my body. It does not pull down on my shirt at all. The ear cable does not twist or spin on you, forcing the ear piece to move around. It sits where you've placed it. The quick release works well, and stays connected.My **only** critique for this product, is there is no quick alignment marking on the quick release to your radio. I had to look at the plug's pins to find out how it connects to the radio, as one of the pins is just slightly larger than the others, so you can like up that large pin with the large hole in the quick release. You either have to look each time you plug it together, or have to set the quick release on the radio and twist it until those pins line up just so. I still consider this a non-issue, and it doesn't effect the product's quality in my opinion. Maybe just a manufacturing idea? 5Worked great for almost a year. I'm using this with my Motorola XTS 2500 and it works great. I've been using it less than a week, so we'll see how it holds up.UPDATE: I bought this in November of 2017 and here in September of 2018 the mic broke. The ear piece works just fine, but the mic won't even key up to the radio anymore. $100 a year is pretty steep, but I think I'm going to have to order another one. 5Three Stars Had to buy a new one within a year. 3It worked for a week or two then the connection ... It worked for a week or two then the connection from the cord to the radio became loose and sound would be lost. There were times while I was 10-8 that I wouldn t hear any radio traffic, which for Little Rock is not normal. I messed with the cord and realized it wasn t sinched and losing connection. 2Best earpiece out there Best earpiece out there. Been using it for close to a year. Once you get that position where you can be heard clearly, then you'll have no issues. 5Works great right out of box Exactly what was advertised, fit my radio perfectly, started using it right away and it works great 5
