    Works great. I've been using it for about 6 shifts ... Works great. I've been using it for about 6 shifts now. Sound is clear and loud as needed. No complaints from others about the lapel mic. It also has a transmit button on the radio adapter which is convenient if you have your hand near your radio, you can key up and speak without reaching for the lapel. Ear piece to a few shifts to get used to. First couple of shifts it bothered my ear after a couple of hours. Now, I don't even notice it. Quality seems to be pretty good. I do recommend this for anyone in public service. 5Love that my mic doesn't go around my body Last pair by Hawk laster about 1 year. We'll see how this new connection goes. Love that my mic doesn't go around my body. Always conscious of getting choked out with my own radio wire...stay dangerous. 4Worked for 1.5 months It worked great for the month and a half I used it. Went to work one day and the sound became very low and muffled even with my volume turned all the way up. 1It is not dependable This is the second one I ve owned. THEY DO NOT LAST. Don t waste your money on this product, like others have said, you maybe able to hear it but you can not transmit, as a Law Enforcement Officer that could be the matter of life and death. 1Disappointed I loved it while it worked for the 2 weeks I had it. But on my last shift the mike stopped working in the middle of a transmission to dispatch and the male end of the quick disconnect broke when I disconnected it from the radio. With it being almost $100 I was expecting more reliability especially for law enforcement. While it was working the sound and comfort were good. 1Clear sound and very user friendly I m using this product with the Motorola APX7000. It works great and has clear sound. I started with the nine fitted ear piece and moved to the ear fitted one. I prefer the fitted. Gives you great sound and does not take up much room with the outer vest I wear. 5Perfect headset Use it every day for patrol! The best item and very comfortable. 5The new style silicone earpiece is more comfortable than the old ones I had this set on my old radio that lasted for years then we switched radios. I went without a new one for to long. Wish I had bought this for the new radio sooner. The new style silicone earpiece is more comfortable than the old ones. Best part is no feedback when your handpack is on and you use the car radio. 5I would not purchase this product again and will not recommend it to co-workers There is some kind of problem with the connection making the PTT button work intermittently which can be dangerous in the field. I tried everything to make it work properly but all attempts failed. By the time I realized that the product was defective I could not return it for a refund. I would not purchase this product again and will not recommend it to co-workers. 1Tactical Earpiece/microphone I have had several of these of the years as my department has changed radios. This one is okay, not excellent but does the job. The clip for the earpiece is not very strong and slides off if tension is put on it. I also don't care for the double cords coming out of the microphone that has to come out of your shirt. Otherwise it has held up well for a few months so far and the quick connect attachment has worked well and is holding up. 4
