    Holds up to 4 under 7yrs! This was purchased to match with a delta cassidy faucet: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008JVLICQThe mounting is solid and pretty standard with every other high quality towel rack out there. The finish is beautiful and holding up to daily kid abuse - speaking of kid abuse, the ring hasn't been pulled apart or loosened in any way from the daily 7yr and under group. Good product, great look. 5) but I figured this is a straight forward purchase and I was making it easy by going with the same line as the faucetsI bought 2 of these and didn't bother reading the reviews (and I always read reviews!) but I figured this is a straight forward purchase and I was making it easy by going with the same line as the faucets. So the fact that the ring is stationary is odd because every other towel ring I've seen moves. Also one of the rings is 2.25 inches from the wall and one is 1.75 inches. This 1/2 inch definitely makes a difference and is visually noticeable and it is difficult to even squeeze a hand towel in the 1.75 inch one. My contractor already installed these in our new bathroom and now I'm going to have to take this one down or possibly both. Ugh!1DOES NOT SWING AT ALL! VERY DISAPPOINTED this towel ring does NOT swing or move!! Remodeling bath and bought May 28, and now we are down to installing towel bars and found this does not swing!! Went to return!! NO RETURN AFTER JUST 30 dAYS!! And very little clearance to fit a hand towel! PLUS!!! NO RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS SO I"M STUCK !!! 1Not ReversibleI'm returning this for 3 reasons. 1)Upon arrival, the tiny set screw had somehow gotten lodged inside the bar, rattling around but refusing to come out. 2)It is not adjustable to have the arm extend to the left. This is a deal breaker because our toilet layout demands pulling tissue off the roll towards the right, which will pull TP completely off this holder. 3)Zooming in on the photo provided here makes the ORB metal look matte. It's not, it's very shiny, which doesn't match my other fixtures.2We love our Cassidy collection I purchased one of the towel rings to see if I liked it. Well, needless to say I ordered 2 more of them after installing the first one. I have one in the guest bath and two in the master bath. They match all of the other Delta Cassidy Collection perfectly. I read all of the reviews about how the ring does not swivel or move and how they are not reversible. The ring is stationary and it only faces in one direction but none of the bothers us, I actually like that the ring is stationary, that it does not move around when I am placing a hand towel on it and everything stays where I put it. They are easy to keep clean too. 5Good Quality - Matches Cassidy Fixtures Received in great condition, easy to install and looks to be very good quality. Ordered to match the Cassidy sinks faucets and shower kit for our bathroom, and it matches very nicely. 5Missing a screw It's missing a part (the screw that you use to connect the ring to the piece on the wall... I wasn't ready to install, and now it's too late to return. :( 1Perfect in every way!!A very nice shelf and easy to install! Here is how I installed mine. Hold it against the wall upside down, yes upside down as this is key and keep reading. The reason you want it upside down is because you are going to use those set screws as guides to mark your center lines with a pencil. This will give you the two exact center lines as to where you would like to have it hang when you turn it right side up. Now that you have your exact center lines marked. We will move on to the horizontal line you will need for your height of the shelf. You will need a 24" or 48" level depending upon which shelf length you bought. You may have to borrow a level? Place the level across in a horizontal position on those center marks you made and move the level until it is at the height you want. Now take a pencil and mark a small line on each center line and be sure the level is showing level. When your done it should look like two small crosses or a crosshatch or cross-hairs on the wall. Now take one of the mounting brackets and hold it so the cross point is showing through that little center hole. Now still holding the bracket trace out the two little oblong holes. Next center your drill bit on each oblong hole and drill through. Do both mounting brackets this way. When you have that done then drive the hard rubber sleeves into the holes. When that is done, using the screws provided mount the hanging brackets onto the wall and snug them up. Now your ready to hang the shelf and tighten the set screws.5Cherry on top of my bathroom (took twice as long) remodel !I absolutely love these shelves ! First off they're double duty, shelf & towel bar. Just what I needed for my tiny (total gut job) bathroom. I had already purchased all my hardware (different brand) in satin nickel. Really wished I had discovered this line of Delta first. But now I realize I could use a couple of shelves. Searched for awhile, and then I came across these ! Just what I wanted ! Matched the style of my 1924 home & remodel perfectly (white subway tile, hex tiled floor). Classic look, and I think never goes out of fashion. But satin nickel was not an option, so I asked the community if the brillance stainless steel was close to a satin nickel. All the answers I received didn't really help...some said it was "really shiney", "not a satin finish at all". But it looked close to satin nickel on my computer, so I took a chance and purchased 2 of them. A perfect match to all my other satin nickel hardware !! They are well made, nice and solid, have a little weight to 'em. I just installed them. Comes with a handy dandy template ! After reading several reviews, I ignored the instructions and went with the 1/4" drill bit. Installed on tile & drywall, no studs. Very solid, they're not going anywhere. I also went with the suggestion of using painters tape to keep the bit from dancing. But It still did the polka, all over ! So I found an odd screw, and hammered into the tile just a bit to make a small divit. Them drilled away. Worked like a charm ! I installed one over my toilet, where I put decorative jars, filled with items on the shelf & hand towels on the bar, "double duty". The second one I put in my tub/shower, for all my shampoos conditioners, shaving cream...etc. Really holds alot ! I hang my wash cloth on the bar. Like some other reviews have stated, "you almost don't want to use 'em & get them all smudged up & gunky". They're just too pretty ! These are the cherry on top of my bathroom (took twice as long) remodel. Also fantastic price & lightning delivery !5Expensive, but worth it!It has a good weight and looks nice when put up.5Great towel holders Great towel holders. Sturdy and classy. I ordered polished nickel and they matched perfectly with my faucets etc.My only complaint is that the ring doesn't hinge, and it can't be turned around to open the other way. We ordered two hoping that we could have them open in opposite directions, but they can only face one way. 4Excellent product.Modern, easy to install came with small Allen wrench tool. Looks super in my bathroom.5Nice product but it's larger than it needs to be ... Nice product but it's larger than it needs to be and I thought like most holders the bar would be able to move, however, the bar is fixed in a down position. this means you can't ensure the rings face the same direction if you are mounting one on each side of an opposing wall. 3Great style and sturdy!I am so glad I went with the Delta Cassidy fixtures and this TP holder is my favorite. No more excuses for the family members not to load it, LOLIt can only be installed on the right, if you put it on the left the set screw will be on top.I read several folks saying the roll comes off while using so I tested several placements and since I wanted to go into a stud I placed it approx 4" from the front of the toilet & 26" from floor (std placement). fyi My 4" isn't a problem as I have ample room between toilet and wall.The roll is not coming off of the post nor does it feel awkward. I "tested" the std placement of 10" in front of toilet and I don't think that would cause a problem (for adults) either. Just my 0.02.It has a classic style but the single post is more modern which I like. I put it straight to stud so its rock solid but would have been fine with the Molly's which I used for other matching hardware. I just replaced junk so this is amazing by comparison I have to keep going in the bath just to look at all of it. Very happy with my purchase and planning on doing the spare bath now.5WELL DESIGNED FOR GOOD LOOKS AND FUNCTIONALITYDelta Faucet 79725-PN Cassidy 24-Inch Double Towel Bar.I looked at a lot of double towel bars and the biggest gripe I had with most of them was the rods were spaced too close together to allow enough air space for towels to actually dry.The Cassidy s two rod design doubles the number of towels you can hang so if wall space is tight, here s your answer. An attractive design. I ve used these for about a year and the finish is still as nice as day one. The towel bar rods are hollow however they are of a sufficient diameter and thickness so there has been no issues what so ever with their function or sturdiness. These should remain serviceable for many years to come.The spacing of the bars on the Delta Cassidy is sufficient to keep the rear towel away from the wall and also allow an air space between towels hanging on the rack. This air space allows towels do actually dry. The spacing on many towel bars so skimpy that the towels touch the wall or each other so that nothing can dry properly.On the Delta Cassidy the rear bar is about 3" away from the wall on the ends and 4" at the center. The outer bar is about 6" away from the wall at the ends and 7" at the center and the two bars are about 2 3/4 inches apart from each other. This may not sound like a lot of space but it is sufficient for towels to have enough air space between them to dry.Mounting is not difficult for the average do-it-yourselfer. Instructions and the mounting hardware is included.One thing to check carefully upon arrival. The set screw that holds the stanchion to it s wall mount plate is shipped screwed into the stanchion itself, not in the parts bag. I bought six Cassidy towel bars in various configurations and I found more often than not these set screws had worked themselves out of their hole during shipping and were either rattling around loose in the box or lost altogether. I did have to return one set of towel bars for a replacement because the set screw was lost. So, just make sure they are all there as soon as your order arrives. Don t wait until you are hanging your towel bar to discover you may be missing one little set screw.All in all, after one year in use, I d still buy them again. In my opinion they are a good value for the price.5We like them!Strong and sturdy! Well-made and very pretty and decorative. Easy to install and holds towels and clothes well. We bought two, one for the back of the door and and one for bedside the bathtub. They go well with all the Delta Cassidy fixtures and accessories we bought for this bathroom remodel!5it is rigid ring I like the look of it and was easy to install - my old shower ring cold flip out from the wall-this one is rigid and more difficult to put a towel on-not a deal breaker but I should have read the product reviews more 4This unit looks great and we like that it serves as both a ...This unit looks great and we like that it serves as both a shelf and a towel rack however it took a little extra work to make the two sections fit together with a solid fit. Basically where the towel rack inserts into the main section it was not a tight fit so at first it looked nice but with the rack easily rattling it felt cheap. The solution for us was to add some tape around the two towel rack post before inserting them into the main upper section to create a tight fit between the two sections. We also wound up adding a dab of glue to where the shelf's railing post insert into the unit to keep the railing from moving when you touch it. End result is that it looks great and feels like an expensive item, just be prepared to put an extra 10 minutes of work into it. If not for those two adjustments we would be giving it 5 stars.4Looks nice but don't care for the stationary ring Bought because it matches my polished nickel Delta faucet. However, unlike other towel rings I have in my house, this one is in a fixed position. It does not move. I think this makes it feel lower quality than others that do comfortably move out from the wall slightly when you place the towel on them. If I could swap it out for another open ring towel holder, and easily match my other polished nickel Delta fixtures, I would. If the stationary ring won't bother you, you should be fine. It does look nice. 3
