    Poor mounting system will not hold holder on the wall This product is so poorly designed that I can almost not believe it. The bracket to attach to wall does not hold the product securely on the wall. You mount the bracket with two up facing fingers on the wall and then simply slide the towel rack, ring or any TP holder, etc. down on it. Since there is absolutely no locking set screw or other mechanism, the ring or bar just slides back off the bracket every time you attempt to use it. You get the towel ring with the towel every time you lift the towel to remove it. Seriously a terrible design. All these Delta accessories use this "New and improved" mounting system that pops right off when any lift is applied to the accessory. 1I'm pleased with the results. Looks and works fine. Installed without issues. I would maybe subtract a couple of 10ths for a slight visual flaw in the bell flange, but I'm sure I'm the only one who will notice it. I also bought towel racks, a ring and robe hook. They all arrived as promised. I'm pleased with the results. 5Nice tp holder but has plastic spring loaded tube thingy Nice tp holder. Wish the spring loaded part in the middle was the same metal as the end holders. It feels a little nicer than the really cheap plastic ones but is plastic with a metal like finish. It does match the brushed metal and is not the smooth shiny finish like the real cheapo ones. I'll still give it 5 stars because that is what I've come to expect these days. Wish cmpanies still had pride in their products. Getting tired of Chinese crap. 5Beautiful Hardware I am redoing my small bathroom and I spent three days online looking for towel rods and a toilet paper holders. It had to be in Satin Nickel finish and this was exactly what I was looking for. I always look at Amazon first but I wanted to see all of my options, since I hope to never have to remodel this bathroom again. When it arrived it was perfect. The Satin Nickel finish is so pretty. I haven't installed it yet because I am waiting for the floor to be tiled first. 5unlucky with first purchase, second was okay I like the look of this but I was sent a "new" one that had scratches on it. So I sent it back. I'll order it again and see if I have better luck.Update 6/9/15: I ordered this again and this time it looks great. No scratches. The template that comes with it is garbage. Don't even try to use it. Luckily it fit the already existing homes I had so I didn't have to measure it myself. But if I wasn't so lucky I would say measure it yourself. I ordered and installed the other coordinating pieces and loved them so I thought this would be the same but this piece is disappointing. The middle piece is plastic and for the money you pay I feel like it should be metal. I found other all metal toilet paper holders for cheaper than what I paid for this. The plastic is silver looking though so you wouldn't know it wasn't metal by looking so that's nice. It just seemed like less quality than the other pieces in this collection but I'm stuck with it because I need them to be matching and I already installed the towel bar and ring. Oh well. If I could do it over I would do more research and find a different set that was all metal. I was more impressed with the linden collection from delta and the moen sage inspiration collection I installed in my other two bathrooms 4Nice, but PITA to install. Although it is nice and sturdy and matches everything in the Windemere suite, it installs with the tiny set screws which are a PITA and to top it off, they are on the bottom! That makes it very nice insofar as looks goes, but I have installed many of this type of accessory over the years and I have never had such a hard time. There is a new system, guys. It has slip-on brackets and doesn't take a contortionist trying to hang upside down over the toilet to install. My TP holder also came with no instructions and nothing but a little baggie holding hardware. Perhaps DELTA now makes one in the Windemere suite with a nice slip on bracket and I got the last of the dinosaurs. Just my luck! 3This is a very pretty toilet paper holder that is sturdy enough and matches ... This is a very pretty toilet paper holder that is sturdy enough and matches the accompanying towel bar. My only "complaint", and a small one at that, is that the tint set screws provided are a pain to tighten, using the provided Allen wrench. They need to be tightened below the bar mounts, which is an awkward angle to get to. After too many attempts to do it myself, I ended up holding it in place while someone else laid on their back to be able to see the screw holes and get the right torque. Mind you, this may not be an issue for some people but it was for me. I have a similar toilet paper holder in another bathroom that didn't use tiny set screws, just the interior bracket mounts (or whatever you call them). This one is also wider in that the paper roll "slides" a little. not a biggie. The template provided was fool proof for perfect measuring and the interior bracket mounts were easy to screw to the wall, it's just those darn, tiny set screws. 4No More Towel Bars falling to the Floor with Delta's new Clip System Love the clean lines of the Windermere hardware and it uses a unique hook system between the wall plate and the hardware - much, much better than other brands. Other brands use a small screw at the bottom of the hardware to hold the hardware to the wall plate, that never works well. It gets bent or the screws don't have a good hold and any weight or a slight tug pulls down the towel or toilet paper. Not the Windemere, the wall plate has a "u" shaped bracket that the hardware slides down into, no more pulling down the towel bar. Thanks Delta 54 stars Overall easy to install and durable, though it pops off the bracket during aggressive tp removal. 4Nice accessory This is a very nice holder and it was installed by a supposed professional. I will probably take it down and reinstall it myself since I was so successful in installing the matching accessories and this one is a bit loose on the wall because of the poor installation. The product, however, is completely satisfactory. 5
