    Missing screws Purchased this and the towel rings. Both had issues with screws. The toilet paper holder was rattling with the set screw inside the barrel. The towel ring had no screws at all. Returning them and would not recommend them. 1Okay, but better alternatives for the money Decent enough product. Typical over-priced item from delta. The finish is good but always looks dirty. Same with the faucets. I ended up returning and going with the KES brand as the looked better and don t show fingerprints, and are also 1/3 the price. I'm kinda over delta products. 3Beautiful but TP ends up on floor I love the look and small footprint of this toilet paper holder! Unfortunately with 3 young children, the toilet paper ends up on the floor nearly every day.... but it s a small price to pay to have all my bathroom fixtures matching in Delta s Trinsic line in champagne bronze. In the attached photos I have a regular Cottenelle roll on it, but we have used it with big Costco rolls and there is still plenty of length on the rail and plenty of space between the wall for a large size roll of TP. But best of all, my small bathroom looks so beautiful now with all new tile and updated fixtures! 4Nice clean looks, but it's a single piece that works best when installed on the right It's a very simple and contemporary design, however keep in mind that the base is a single piece, and does not rotate, so the only way to install it is as shown on the picture, with the base on the left, so make sure this fits your needs. It's generally fine when installed at the right of the toilet but consider another model if installing on the right wall from the toilet 4Set screw stupidly packaged, losing three stars in this rating We ordered two of these for a renovation, and like the style, quality, and function. However, the critical set screw that secures it to the mounting bracket is stupidly packed so that it comes loose during shipping and falls into the tube. It's almost impossible to get it out unless you are incredibly patient. If you do order this product in any of its various styles, order additional set screws to be safe. 2Too Expensive Compared to Similar Products This is okay, I mean it's a toilet paper holder and it's bronze and does its job. But I have to say that I ordered 4 sets of bathroom accessories for our new house, one set of delta for the master bathroom, one set from my local Target store, and two more inexpensive sets (no name brand) and this Delta set was by far the most expensive, yet does not feel any more sturdy or really look any better than the others. I'm now wishing I would have saved my money and purchased another inexpensive set for the master bathroom.I will say that my husband thought the toilet paper would just come off at first, but the small nub does the trick in keeping the toilet paper on the holder. 3Only mounts to the right. This can only be mounted with the holder portion to the right, which is a problem because the little nub doesn't hold the roll on and it falls off all the time. Otherwise, it matches the line and is sleek and modern. 1For this you pay extra for the color, that rubs off Finish came off after a few weeks worth of usage. Terrible product! I wish there had been better options in this color. Disappointed in Delta s quality. 1Finish peels off Finish comes off very easy, warm water and cotton cloth took finish off like a sticker. Delta Customer service was rude & insisted I used chemicals. Spend a little more money and buy from a reputable company. So disappointed that i spent all this money and had a plumber switch out tub/shower/faucets only for me to have to do it again after 6 month bc it looks like peeled garbage. Even the cardboard TP roll has worn off the finish. 1For the price I expect better. I ordered this in the USA wait for the Amazon delivery and pack it down in a suitcase to Costa Rica. If there is a problem often its past the returns date.I like the design as it holds large diameter rolls but can see the issues with installing it on the other side with the roll retaining button down. Two buttons would be a good design change.My biggest issue is the set screw was missing. From the distinctive rattle my guess it fell out and into the hollow body of the holder. If so kudos to the designer because it s a perfect lobster trap, they go in but cannot get out.Stainless Steel you say? Generally magnets don t stick to stainless AND stainless means it will not rust, often not the case with Chinese Stainless Steel . The jury is still out on the made in China holder itself as a magnet does not stick but I can tell you the wall brackets and supplied hardware are not Stainless Steel as magnets stick and in short order I expect to see rust here beachfront. I feel the description of Stainless Steel misleading. The setscrew which I now need anyway and the screws will be replaced by stainless at a cost of less than one dollar when I m back in the US.And finally the instructions specify 3/16 drill for the included obviously 1/4 wall anchors.For the price I expect better. 2
