Selected because it was 1-day Prime. See review for notes. Recommended With a commodity item like an extension cord, it tough to provide enough actionable information to make the time spent reading the review worth it.For me, the deciding factors on getting the extension cords (I bought 6 of them) were: 1-day Prime (I had a decoration project to do), low price, outdoor capable, and length. Historically my main issues with outdoor extension cords has been the UV stability of the outer jacket. In the Texas sun it generally goes from bleaching to diminished pliability, to cracking (unsafe, at that point). Bleaching shouldn't be an issue with a white cord, and it may benefit from being a more reflective color (and emissivity shouldn't be an issue since you shouldn't put significant current through this cord).As it is, the cord is much stiffer than I expected. It's not a big deal, but it does feel like a 12 or 14 gauge cord, rather than a 16 gauge. The current capacity is enough for my needs (low power decorations), but would not be suitable for 15-20 amp loads.Other stuff I care about:1. The spring tension in the female end is pretty high - this is important if your extension is plugged vertically.2. The cable is super visible. This might be a negative to some, but I prefer not tripping over it in the dark or having my yard guys shred it with a mower or weed trimmer.ConclusionThe cable works, as you'd expect. My notes just indicate things that I think are differentiators (positive or negative). I recommend the product for anyone that is fine with the things I pointed out. 4Legit Solid extension cord. It's outside right now powering a bug zapper and withstanding the rain just fine. 5Just what I hoped for. A bit stiffer than my 40 foot green cord so one star off as it implied it would be soft cord.not stiff. Like it...kinda like white over the orange color more often associated with these outdoor extensions. I'll use this summer when my 40 foot one is too long as an alternative fix. Ten feet ones are often too short and hubby keeps taking those when I pick one up for MY CAMPING GEAR. Yes mine hubby no longer cares to go camping so as the little RED HEN would say...I do it myself. And i do. And may people ladies and men alike might be surprised at how often and how many solo females of all ages and to date closer to my age over 50 than they could imagine...out there camping in tents like myself or tiny campers or even converted mini vans and or tent combo set ups. Tiny tents to big luxury ones. So to all my solo female campers out there...Kudo's to you and CAMP ON. May it always be a good time. 4Perfect size for what I needed! This works perfect for my electric mower for my small back patio/yard. Much easier to deal with that longer cords that took me longer to roll back up. Heavy duty cord...feel similar to the big orange cords. I had now issues with this one getting tangled...so it makes projects easier and faster. 5Came Just Like the Picture No packaging, none. Looped in a padded Prime envelope with all required cert labels attached. Inspected closely and saw no damage, just a few minor smudges. Above-average quality connectors.Odd way to sell something, but it was a good value and it did come as pictured, so can't complain. 4This is not Coleman brand I fell for it. This cable is not Coleman brand and I am left unsure about the quality. I would notHave paid as much if I knew. 1Made for outdoors, and it's White! Matches our patio rails, so inconspicuous! I had several long orange outdoor cords that were too long. These are for outdoor also which makes them versatile. They are sturdy also. 5Good quality, does what it says This is a good product and works well. I got it for an adhoc tiny home rental where I needed an outlet on the opposite side of the bathroom. I needed a moisture resistant cord. I'll have to get something that I can plug it into with more than one outlet and with protection against electrocution if something falls into water (sink, toilet), so will be adding something to this mix. 5Hard to find outdoor cords this length I needed an outdoor cord that was 20' in length. For this project I didn't want 25'. The quality is great and the price made it a tremendous bargain. Now my wife's new outdoor lights are ready to go... 5Works well & Fits in 3M cable clips We bought this to power the string lights on our front porch. We use 3M clear cable clips to run the extension cord along the porch roof and around the door frame to the porch outlet/ timer. The color blends well with the generic vinyl white of the porch and we been very pleased. The length was perfect for our needs. 5
