    Does what is should I'm an HVAC technician, when working on an install my driver is used throughout the day. This puts it securely on my tool belt. It has small pockets for bits but I'm not completely confident that a small quarter inch bit won't fall out.There is a strap that clicks in place to hold the tool in the holster when not being used for a time. That strap also has a bit of Velcro on it to hold it out of the way when not needed. 5good compact holster This fits the Bosch 12V drill/drivers perfectly. The Belt loop is large enough to fit thru most tool belts. The locking strap kind of gets in the way and I am considering just cutting it off since the drill is fairly secure without it. This is only for right hand use, I wish CLC would also make one for left hand use. 5Not leather. Doesn t matter. It says leathercraft in the name. It says leather in the description. There isn t a stitch of leather on this whole thing. I m only removing one star for this tho, because everything else about this holster is great. If they make a version with a good belt clip, will snap it up! 5Quality Holster *** NOT A PAID REVIEW ***Bottom Line: Quality HolsterI bought this for my 12V drill and it works well but is a little smaller than i thought. This is definitely a quality product but I can't say how durable it is until I've had it for a few months. This makes carrying a drill around doing projects a much better experience. That said, I'd recommend this if you're looking for a holster for your drill...be sure to purchase a belt. 4Nearly perfect Works perfectly with my Bosch. It does take some getting used to - you have to actively remember that there's a place for your drill which isn't on whatever horizontal surface is nearby. Once you get used to that, you start evaluating early on how long you're going to be working on something and whether it's worth it to put on the holster.The only reasons I'm dinging a star:First, the bit holding isn't perfect... it's a great idea and it does work, but I've had bits slip out when really rummaging around. It's really rare for it to happen and shouldn't be a dealbreaker - I have to really be squirming for it to happen.Second, probably the worst feature is there's no quick release for your belt. There should be a way to fix it and take it off without having to undo your belt. I would have paid five extra bucks for a couple heavy duty snaps to put it on, or even a paddle (if we're dreaming anyway ;) ). As I mentioned above if you're only doing something for five minutes you won't put it on... but if it had snaps you would, and I think it would get used a lot more. 4Didn't expect it to be perfect! I have the "toughbuilt" drill holster for my 20v impact but it's a bit big for my bosch 12v and this one is just perfect ! I've had a ton of drill holsters and they all suck. This even fits my m18 Milwaukee hammer drill/ driver !!The 12v Bosch fits perfectly inside and comes out as easy as it goes in . Get this for the 12v and like I said even full sized drills work! 5Perfect Fit for a Ryobi, Has Tough Build Quality One of the best purchases I made towards my small 12V Ryobi Drill Driver in its history with me; this holster is of a functional design and fits its purpose along with some extra bits for your drill or driver.Having this holster when working and needing to frequently switch between tools is a godsend, it makes life so much easier than finding a spot to place your drill/driver and is a bargain at the price and for the quality. My Ryobi 12V fits like this holster was designed specifically for it and not a massive range of drill drivers and impact drivers; it's a very snug fit for it, very secure and held in by an easily detached strap that can be hooked onto velcro after unclipping to allow easy re-holster after a piece of work. SImply pull off and clip in. I was worried about the clips plastic, but its much sturdier than expected and made out of tough, thick and rigid plastic. I can't see it wearing down quickly at all and a replacement holster would end up cheaper at the value offerred here. One small complaint is that a belt must be looped through it prior, not too annoying and very secure to your person. To me, it feels very natural to have.Considering the perfect fit of my Ryobi and an easily adjustable strap to keep different drivers or drill sizes inside, I firmly believe this holster will suit any 12V driver or impact driver as needed and I highly recommend it if you're drilling or screwing in more than one hole or screw. It's shocking how much help it is. An easy 5 out of 5 stars, wouldn't hesitate to buy another if necessary and will most definitely buy CLC holsters when I require them for tool or bit storage that's on-hand. Save time and get this for its current $10 price, near impossible to regret it. 5Get it! If I could give more than 5 stars I would,this lil guy has saved me so many headaches! I'm very klutzy and I work on aerial lifts a lot. The risk for others below me is my biggest concern but I've also broken hundreds of dollars in drills and impacts in a matter of months. Game changer right here. No more accidents since I bought this,never comes off my belt these days. 5Impact Driver Holster 5021 by Custom Leathercraft When I first looked at this Custom Leathercraft 5021 Impact Driver Holster, I assumed it was leather, cheap leather and almost passed it by while looking through the search items on Amazon. Then I noticed it was synthetic, and the low price made me look a little closer. It sounded good and the reviews were OK so I opted to by it for the price of $10.17 and free delivery with Amazon Prime Membership, of which I normally will only purchase an item if it has free shipping on lower priced items. It came in a couple of days from the seller, Custom Leathercraft and I feel after looking it over, placing my Bosch Drill/Driver in it and putting it on my belt, that it is a good purchase. I'm sure there are many other holsters out there I could have purchased, but this one does feel good, is less bulky than others I have looked at and for the price and quality I give it 4 stars. If it performs even better than I think it will, I'll return to this review and up it to 5 stars! 4
