    Cheaply made? or lack of quality control?The case is indeed perfect for the Howard Leight by Honeywell Impact Pro Sound Amplification Electronic Earmuff. It fits perfectly and the case shell is thick enough to prevent scrapes and deter impact. However, when mine arrived the sleeve that has the net which can conveniently hold the 3.5mm cable from the headphones was completely unglued. Given that it did not come in a box of its own I figure this would have been easy think for quality control to pick up, assuming there is any. 3This case is fantastic! It's perfect for my Howard Leight Impact ProsI purchased these as a way to conveniently store and transport my ears to and from the range. I also wanted something to protect them from dust accumulation while not in use. This case is perfect for my needs. There are two zippers allowing you to open the case all the way up in order to fit your ears inside. There is also a small pouch on the inside lid which is perfect for a spare set of batteries and/or the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable for the Impact Pros. The case is deep enough that one or two items in this pouch will not press right up against the Impact Pros while stored. The case is perfectly sized for the Impact Pros which fit inside effortlessly.I've seen a few things in the reviews for this item that I would like to address. Some say that this case is too big; gigantic even. I would say this is not true. The case is an appropriate size considering the size of the Impact Pros. It's really not much larger than the Impact Pros, and as the properties of matter would have it, such as mass and volume, the case will need to be slightly larger so as to actually store the object it was designed for inside of it. When I first opened the box I was nearly expecting to have this really large case. My first thought was "this is totally a normal and okay sized case for the object it is designed for," and, "I don't know what those Amazon reviewers were thinking." The size of the case is fine.The strap that's included with this case is essentially the equivalent to those cell phone charms you could attach to your cell phones way back in the day (people actually used cell phone charms?). It's not going to hold up to any kind of abuse, that's for sure. But I don't think it was ever intended for such purposes. I feel this should be somewhat obvious by looking at it. Honestly I'm not sure why one would really ever need to hold on to one's case/ears solely by the strap - don't you guys (and gals) use a range bag or backpack? The strap may not be terribly functional as a carry strap, but I'd never use it that way as it clearly seems it wasn't designed for such use. I probably would never have used it at all if it didn't work so well to hang on a coat rack hook (my gun accessories closet is a repurposed coat closet, so that worked out well).TL;DR - case is not unnecessarily large, works perfectly for storing your Impact Pros and protecting them while transporting. Fits inside a backpack very easily. Don't use strap for rock climbing. 5Perfect fit!My Howard Leight by Honeywell R-01902 Electronic Earmuffs fit perfectly in this case. I bought it so my muffs wouldn't be bouncing around my range bag - with the chance of the cords getting snagged on something.My R-01902 Muffs fit perfectly with the adjustment collapsed up. Has a nice pocket inside you can store a couple batteries in or lenscloth or whatever you might need and want to keep out of the dust/dirt.Zippers appear to be very solid and the case has a nice wrist/grab strap to carry it all by.Only issue (and it is not really an issue) is that the case is larger which is not surprising considering how big the muffs actually are. 5Fits Howard Leight Impact Pro PerfectlyThis is the best case for the Howard Leight Impact Pros that I can find. Most of the cases do not fit these headphones. I wish someone made a case that could hold these headphones in addition to a pair of protective eyewear. 5GREAT PROTECTION FOR THOSE ELECTRONIC EARMUFFSGreat way to protect those expensive Howard Leight earmuffs. This case fits mine perfectly and provides good protection for the earmuffs while they are in my range bag. This case is a rigid case and it has a small pocket inside suitable for storing a spare set of batteries.I view this case as an essential add-on to my range gear which I would buy again if the need arose. Would recommend this case to anyone. 5Good quality, fits the HL Pro perfectly, highly recommendedThe case is solid, quality built. It fits the Howard Leight Impact Pro perfectly. The Howard Leight Pro does not curl up into a tiny ball it has to stay in it's full form. I liked the little netting inside which carries a few small accessories. In my case, an extra set of ear plugs, a small male-to-male wire with 1/8th inch plug for use with an mp3 player, and two extra AAA batteries for the HL Pro ear muffs. 5Strap and Zipper Broke In Less Than 1 Month...This case is a perfect fit for your beautiful, super protective, unfoldable Howard Leight Pros. Its rigid enough to offer solid protection and lightweight enough that it's not a burden to carry. The problem lies with the strap and zipper. The adhesive attaching the strap ripped off after only a few uses. Pretty disappointing but I thought, screw it, I can still throw the case in my gun bag. Then 2 weeks later, the end piece of the zipper broke off, leaving only one zipper and rendering it useless. I got a replacement on the way, I'm going to Gorilla glue the strap and hope for the best. Not many options for these kinds of cases unfortunately, so just going to have to work with it.UPDATE:I drilled my own holes and added a u-hook to attach the strap to. Seems to be the only real option for carrying via the strap if you want it to last. Cheers. 3Hard enough to work.I was worried that hard case wouldn t be hard because that description is thrown around rather loosely. And while this case isn t suitcase hard or turtle shell hard I believe it will be sufficient protection for my ears . The impact pro s fit inside perfectly. As far as durability, time will tell. If the zipper holds up, I would certainly recommend them. At this point I d buy again. 5Good Protection for Nice HeadphonesThis has worked very well for transporting my Howard Leight Impact Pro headphones to the range (I have the bigger ones). It is a bit bulky, though in truth, it's really not that much bulkier than the headphones themselves, and it is rigid enough to keep the headphones protected. The zippers are easy and smooth to use and it fits perfectly in my range bag. 4This case does everything it's suppose to do.This case does everything it's suppose to do. After 8 months it is still in perfect condition The ear muffs fit perfectly in the case, along with some additional ear protection. Some people complain about the size of the case, 7.9 x 3.9 x 6.1 inches however it fits perfectly in my 17"x8"x9" range bag leaving plenty of room for the rest of my gear. This was a great purchase. 5
