    Not very good equipment for listening to voice range. This unit works ok. It does not work as well as specifications say it is supposed to work. It claims 300 foot reception. You are lucky to get 75 foot clear audible reception with a clear shot. The frequency response is not very good for the voice range. The frequency response is very good for other than voice range such as if you want to listen to birds chirping, or crickets chirping or motors running. 30-3000 Hz not that great. The price was good but considering the price was cheap I guess the quality of the equipment would match the price. Sorry for the bad review but it is an honest review. 2... excited about receiving this device for Christmas and so disappointed by the results I was SO excited about receiving this device for Christmas and so disappointed by the results! It barely amplifies sounds that are up to 15 feet away, but no further, and tends to pick up any sounds near the device (like the cord rubbing up against it) much louder. What a shame. 2mediocre,,, its not as good as i thought it would be, you wont hear a clear conversation from 20 feet away... 2Cool idea, not very well done. Not very good quality and the audio screeches about half the time. The 12 second recording doesn't always work. It functions so poorly, there is no noise it picks up that your naked ears couldn't hear. In fact, it couldn't even pick up the sound of birds chirping outside or the cat licks sitting by the window box in front of the window closed. My ears could pick up those sounds loud and clear. Don't waste your time with this crap. Amazing this is still being sold. 1
