    It's an infomercial I interpreted "blueprint" to mean a nuts-and-bolts set of systems and couldn't wait to receive this book co-authored by the developer of software that I use and like (showingsuite). However, I was greatly disappointed in the book. It is much more of an overview of the real estate business and advocates the position that the only successful approach to selling real estate is to be part of a team. It is also a very hard sell for the showingsuite line of products. Fortunately, I purchased the kindle version, but I truly can't say it's worth the $9.99. It might be of some value to a novice, but if you're an experienced real estate licensee, save your money. 1Don't waste your money!!! FYI This book's co-author is also the owner of a company called Showingsuite.com. This website is a way for agents to follow up and get feedback quickly from showing agents on their listings. The book is basically a bait so that you will go to his website and sign up for the service. The book has no real substance and is by no means any kind of blueprint for any kind of success. All they keep telling you to do is to have a follow up system in place for the showings of your.....Oh, well how about you just use my companys product, ShowingSuite. Very transparent!! While it does have a couple of good ideas, the majority of it is filled with generic content that is not worth the staggering 28 dollars charged for a small paperbound book. Instead read Work By Referral, Live the Good Life! By Brian Buffini. The simple strategies in this book are timeless and if applied correctly can change your life. I was looking for some additional information when I bought this book and should have just stuck with what is already working. Good Luck! 1Fancy brochure, nothing worthwhile. Nothing of value in this book.It's really a promo item for his business so he can call himself an author.The book title vs. content are misleading, interact with the author and his company with caution. 1Waste of time. These attempt to real estate blueprint is more like a self aggrandizing biography. I am upset at the time I wasted reading trough the whole book just to realize the info provided in it is self evident. In a nutshell, you can install a room door by yourself but if you are to install a garage door you better have some help. Daaaa! It is self evident. 1
