The AstroMania Moon and SkyGlow 2" Filter works as described.Packaging/Shipping:I was very impressed with the care that was spent packaging this filter. I've included some pictures from the unpacking process showing how securely it was packaged. Shipping information was sent to me by AstroMania and the package came in within the time frame given. The filter itself comes in a very nice plastic case that is even better than what I has come with other more-expensive filters.I compared the filter to my Orion Neutral Density moon filter, both entry-level, and found very little differences. The filter easily threaded onto my 2" eyepiece with no problems. The Orion filter possibly filtered out slightly more light, but both were comfortable to use while viewing the moon at different phases, including full. There was a slight blue hue, as mentioned in the description, when using the Astromania brand, but the views were still beautiful. For the price, it's tough to beat the quality from Astromania! 5A nice sharp filterIt is well mounted, sharp and clear, threads are well machined.
