    Good audio. Works as I expected and needed. It was good value for the purchase. 5Clear as water Buying another. Wow!!!! 5Broke :( TLDR:Mine broke two weeks after using it and even the additional protection plan I purchased has not been helpful thus far.This surv worked great for the first couple of weeks having it but randomly broke without warning about two weeks into using it. I had been using it just fine all day and then all of a sudden while I could hear everyone speaking fine, the mic piece broke so I was unable to communicate to anyone else which was a huge issue and hinderance on set. We tried a new walkie, a new battery etc. but in the end my brand new surveillance was broken.I had also purchased the protection plan which gave me some peace of mind but unfortunately even that process has been long and inconvenient. I tried to file a claim online and was told that there was an issue and I needed to call so I filed my claim over the phone and was told I would get a call in 10 business days then never got a call. I just called again and this time was told I would hear back in two business days so fingers crossed they're telling the truth this time. 2Worked great, only issue was the ear piece clip to ... Worked great, only issue was the ear piece clip to lock it into place under my shirt broke off. 4Great value for price, works well! Use on a Motorola PR400 radio, 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts. Hasn t failed yet. Works well and great value for price. I picked this one (put of the may similar options out there) for the 2 wire feature, different earbud accessories, and the non-branded microphone (it s just solid black).
