    Three StarsIts an LED Par20. Fits flush. Does not dim as I thought it would even with LED/CFL dimmer.3Harsh, narrow lightbeamThis bulb is not dimmable. Replaced a GE Reveal halogen 50w bulb in the hood above the oven. This LED bulb had a narrow spotlight beam that only lit up one burner on the stove. I don't like soft color lights in the kitchen, and would think a very intense blue-white light color would be better for a work space, but it gave the kitchen a very harsh glow when the other lights were off. The light was not helpful for cooking and it wasn't at all as dispersed as the halogen it replaced, kind of like using a mini flashlight. I took it out and replaced it with a 35w halogen bulb which is not noticeably dimmer than the 50w halogen it replaced.1TinyThis thing is tiny--which is a problem. It's not long enough to get the flood light effect, it sits deep in the recess. Perfect color, but not what I'm looking for.2Burned out in 3 months and no warranteeI purchased 13 of these bulbs and 3 months later the first one burnt out and Amazon has only a 30 day return policy. They say they will last for 50,000 hours but there is no guarantee when they burn out. I'm very disappointed that this bulb is not covered by any warrantee.Update 11/2015 Every one of the 13+ bulbs that we purchased have burned out within a few days to a few months of use. Amazon just took them off of prime so now the buyer needs to pay shipping on a bulb that will last days to weeks. Most of the bulbs lasted only days so we were able to send them back for free replacement with no shipping charges either way. Now if you send it back you loose the $4.98 shipping when you get another defective bulb that will last a few days to a few weeks of run time. If you purchase this bulb you will be very disappointed. Amazon needs to take this item off their web site. Now we have purchased LED bulbs from our local hardware store for half the price of these bulbs and they are working great and not one has burned out in months of use.
