Description
- Compound microscope provides high magnification for biological use and educational applications
- Dual-view monocular viewing head with one 10x widefield eyepiece with pointer and a fixed 45-degree vertical inclination to reduce eye and neck strain, 360-degree rotation capability to provide a more comprehensive view and enable sharing, and a second monocular port with dioptric adjustment to accept an eyepiece or camera mount (eyepiece and camera sold separately)
- Forward-facing nosepiece with 4x, 10x, 40xS (spring), and 100xS (spring, oil) DIN achromatic objectives that provide color correction of magnified images
- Brightfield, variable-intensity tungsten (incandescent) illumination, and 1.25 NA Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm
- Mechanical stage locks slide into place and provides precise slide manipulation along the X- and Y-axis, and stage stop prevents damage to slides and objectives
