    GREAT UNIT, LOUSY INSTRUCTIONS.The unit is works well and looks good, but the wiring instructions are woefully inadequate. I was an electronic tech in the Air Force, but I had to hire an electrician to get this working. And, it took him an hour to get it working correctly. That's on me. 10+ hours of research, troubleshooting, and emails with Alpha later, saying I'm dissapointed in generous. Unless you are replacing every intercom in an apartment/condo DO NOT buy this product. It includes a one sided piece of paper the size of a napkin which tells you what can already be found on a sticker on the back of the product. The lack of wiring instructions was explained to me as avoiding to be wasteful (paper is recyclable). I never received other options to replace my antique intercom. The customer service I got was Alpha versus me, instead of them and me. Quite the operation they have going there. 1
