    Great product - Outstanding Customer service/support.I am primary caregiver for an alzheimer's victim who is also a fall risk. Bought to monitor and get alerts at night, anytime I am in another room or I leave them with another person.Got it installed on android pretty quick and easy. Had a little trouble with the IPAD and called tech support who was OUTSTANDING. A real person answered the phone promptly and I was up and running within 10 minutes.I just ordered another one and if I like the way it still works with multiple units I will add more and expand what I use it for.Like all software based alert systems, it has some issues with false hits but most of them can be fixed by adjusting the lighting in the room. The app tools to adjust this did not help me.The apps are not consistent between Android and IPAD, some things work better on one or the other. The IOS app was written for the IPhone - I am using it on an IPAD so cannot comment on the IPhone results.As I am not using it for the designed purpose some of the issues I have will not be your experience. Overall I like the system, it has been a valuable tool to keep my patient safe.Once they patch a couple of items in the code I will raise the rating back to 5 stars.My biggest issue is one of design. They provide 3 set points for the camera to quick select where it is pointing. It auto records for one minute when you select one then after the one minute goes back to the Primary setting. Same thing if you manually move the camera and don't save that setting as primary. I would prefer the camera stays where I set it to without having to change the primary set point.4It works nicelyI've had this one before, and I really like the motion detection and the ease of searching through event videos. The only trouble I have was it took a few times to get it to connect correctly. Haven't had a problem since the initial setup, it works well.4Wish I could get parts to fixWorked great in the beginning. Now mostly doesn't work. Plug to the camera has loosened and doesn't make a connection. Very frustrating and I don't want to purchase another camera.3Great productI enjoy using this product5GREAT & EASY PRODUCT TO USE AND SET UPFirst off, I purchased 4 of these cameras and had them all mounted, placed threw out my home and installed on my iPad, cellphone, & my girlfriend's phone in less than an hour. I purchased these camera's to use for a few different reasons. I wanted to be able to see my dog why I was at work or away from home. With the camera being able to rotate and move left, right, up, & down gives me complete visibility to my entire rooms in which they are in, which IS AMAZING! I also have another one that I mounted to the ceiling. This allows me to see not only into my house but out of the window to the front of my home which Is another amazing thing about this product. Also, with the great night vision and 2 way sound, I am able to use another camera as a baby monitor. I am not super tech savvy but with the ease of use these cameras provide and the price point, it is without question one of the best purchases I have made. Lastly, It also gives both my girlfriend and me a great piece of mind why we away from home. THIS PRODUCT IS A SLAM DUNK IN MY OPINION!5
