    Don t waste your moneyDon t waste your money. The Access keeps crashing. The only way to fix it is to delete all the sensors, delete the Access, reset and reinstall all the sensors. Hard to do when you re monitoring from 1000 miles away. Kinda defeated the whole purpose.1Had more than 7 sensors need to move sensors between hubsI have a lot of sensors and I had to but a new AcuRite Access hub to add more. But there is no way to identify which sensor is which. The only option I can see is to take the batteries out and wait, but this is very time-consuming I discovered that it was not really even showing the same data on different hubs. Taking batteries out on one showed "no-signal" on one, but "good" on the other for hours.My neighboors also have some sensors so its even harder to test those as I can not really ask them to take their batteries out. Its a big problem with this system.1Worked great then stopped.This replaced the AcuRite Bridge that worked great for 7 years. Then AcuRite said I needed a new one and this Access was better. WRONG. The new one worked for 3 months and right after the Amazon return date, stopped working. AcuRite has NO Customer Service so you have to communicate via "Chat" and you have no idea if they understand English. After two days of back and forth, I said I wanted to return for a refund and buy a new display to would communicate via my wireless Network. ($ 120.00) NO, you have to send it back to them, and they will send you another one or fix it. Customer Service will not hear of that. This is my 5th Weather Station I have bought for my relatives and Customer Service is no more, Dead, Gone. Wish I could find something else.1Nothing but problemsJunk1Don't purchase oneThis was my second unit the first never did function. This one function for one day. AcuRite support as others have commented is for all intent worthless.1AcuTite Weather Station needs improvmentAcuRite 09155M AcuRite weather hub is okay for the average user. It's way overpriced and no doubt will be obsolete in the next year. It's fairly useful if you wish to know the temperature and weather conditions outside the home if you are on travel. However, setup is a pain as the website will hold on to your older model until you delete it in your mobile device. The unit seems to capture other weather devices to belong to other people and constantly send out messages about their equipment needing batteries or whatever. This device needs refinement in the software. also, if you have a weather underground account, don't expect the device to instantly connect with their systems. Acurite somehow has blocked this feature.3Three calls to support so far without successful installation. ...Three calls to support so far without successful installation. Now they tell me they are discontinuing support of the smarthub which does work.2In contrast to all the bad reviews my unit performs flawlessly.I was pretty disturbed by Acurite's decision to shut down consumer access to their previous hub product and force all customers to either move off their platform or invest in this new device. I looked into alternatives but in the end it boiled down to cost. Rather than replacing all the components of my weather station I chose to go with simply replacing the hub; especially since I got it on sale for $99.99. The switch was very simple and the new hub just took over and seamlessly continues to contribute weather data to my Weather Underground account. All of the weather history from the old hub device is now being added to from the new Access device with no issues. All aspects of my weather Underground account remain unchanged. Before I committed to the upgrade I was very concerned with all of the negative reviews, I never the less moved forward with the change and all is ok. I guess they must have addressed issues in the firmware because I have had no problems since it was installed almost two months ago.4Believe all of the negative reviews - this product does not work!Like others have experienced, the unit fails to connect to the Acurite server, despite all attempts at troubleshooting per the instructions. Furthermore, despite what the product literature claims, there is no telephone support, and I gave up on the 'live' chat after 20 minutes with no response.1Not working at allBought the item, realised it would never connect to accurite. Contacted them and they denied assistance since i am not from america. Do not buy the product its a total money scam.1
