    6 inch retrofit Purchased 18 of the 3000K for condo association to install outside at front door to replace lights in 6 inch cans. One was bad and was replaced by local supplier and four later had the frosted lens fall out in 23 degree night. All four same night. The lens can be spot glued back but supplier is replacing all but back ordered over 60 days. Also purchased 3 of the 2700K for my kitchen and the lens fell out of 2 before I could even install them. I did spot glue back in place and all has been good for over 60 days.pros: great lighting very even color in both 3000K and 2700k; easy install in remodel cans or 40 year old nail up cans- takes less than seconds per light. Very low profile installing in canCons: not sure why the lens fell out outside and inside but good news supplier is replacing allUpdate April 26, 2015: 1 of the 18 outside lights lost over 50% illumination. Returned to local dealer for replacement. I asked the salesperson if any others had problems similar to mine and her reply was we have sold over 300 of these and you are the only person that has had a problem. IMO still the best retrofit option on the market but not the lowest price. 4The lights look nice, but out of the 35 I purchased 6 ... I had a new home build in 2013-2014 and used about 35 of these lights in the construction. The lights look nice, but out of the 35 I purchased 6 are defective and stopped working after 2-4 months. I have just gotten around to replacing them and have been dealing with their "customer service" reps for the last 2 days. What a nightmare!!! They are rude and are not helpful. I can deal with rude as long as they end up helping me in the end. These are products that have a 5 year warrantee and the product itself is not yet 5 years old. Since I don't have proof of purchase they cant know that they are still under warrantee (math??). Nice product... horrible customer service! 1Great price. Fast delivery Quality item. Great price.
