    Comfortable, but crappy product. As described and pictured. Comfortable. UPDATE: Only lasted a couple months. No longer works. 2Wont last long. Works great at first, then the volume goes low and barely works. 2What are the details of the warranty? It worked great for 3 months with good sound quality and then stopped working. Tested with another acoustic tube but it still doesn't work. Product details indicate a one year warranty but there is no information on the warranty details or how to submit a claim. 2Two Stars Ear piece hurts 2Does not fit the hand mic that goes to EF ... Does not fit the hand mic that goes to EF Johnson's in the military. Was too big for the port. But still looks highspeed though. 2They work great until they don t They work great until they don t. I use 1 per month. Condensation builds in the coil rendering it useless after awhile. This effect is most likely weather and climate based. In the Pacific north west they last approx 45 days. Great alternative to the 40$ sets. 4Crap There are better ones out there. Uncomfortable. Not exactly as shown in the picture. In the middle of a call the clear tube detached from the rest of it. I had to wait till I got back to the station, undressed, and fixed it with glue.Buy a different one. 1Works great Works great. I used this for my hand radio so my chatter doesn't put sound everywhere. Works great with mic and everything. I have ordered these in the past and Everytime they are well worth it 5Poor sound quality I purchased this product for law enforcement use and Ithe sound's like Its underwater. The sound quality isn't very good, I tried using it but most of the time I can't even make out what the person on the other side of the radio is saying so I never used it again. I was really disappointed. 1DO NOT BUY This Bad Quality Ear Piece I purchased two of these, one failed after only a week of operation. The other failed the first time I used it. The audio becomes scratchy and unreadable. Very cheaply maid, 100% do not purchase. 1
