    Slow, sluggish and bogged down right out of the box! Worst CPU I ve owned and nothing else compares, it fails to even come close to performing to the listed specs. Slow, sluggish, be prepared for any video stream to lag and skip. May work as a word processor or typing tool as a best case scenario. 1Ok performance, heating issues. The laptop itself is powerful enough, it has a nice big screen, great hard drive/ram, and is functional product. My only problem is with the heat-management design. Right underneath the trackpad and towards the bottom corner of the keyboard, there seems to either the cpu or some component that gets very hot and heats the trackpad. While it doesn't burn your fingers right off, after a few minutes of use, there is increasing discomfort. I have to use an external mouse to prevent my fingers from getting scorched after a few hours of use. It's the first lenovo computer that I bought that has this problem, I am usually a lenovo fan but in this model, I was disappointed. Other than that, it's a functional machine. 2Horrible keyboard This laptop had very short battery life from the beginning, just a couple of hours when it was new. Now I have to keep it plugged all the time. It works rather slow. The wireless keeps going on and off. Wireless works on other devices placed right next to this laptop, but it doesn't work on the laptop until I restart it. And it has the most unfriendly and horrible to use keyboard I've ever seen in a laptop. Typing on this laptop is a nightmare. I have to use MS Word a lot, and I had to buy another laptop to be able to write on a decent keyboard. I should have sent this one back when it was new but I couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed. 2Good value, light weight, decent performance on WOT Product had operating system problems, out of the box. With slightly above average technical skills, and a quick web search, I believe I have addressed the issues with update database errors. I love everything else about this laptop. It plays World of Tanks at roughly 75 to 80 of maximum graphics capability. Screen is bright and vivid. Dolby sound quality is great. 50% volume is all I need. I've never needed to bump it up higher. Keyboard is nice, though slightly undersized shift key will take a little getting used to. Battery life is good, but gaming will reduce runtime, obviously. Overall very satisfied. Good value, especially for the price:) 4Good bang for your buck Very good laptop for the money runs most games no lag. 4Good mid-range laptop. I runs some games pretty well-Galactic Civilizations, Sid Meier's Beyond Earth, XCOM 1 & 2 and it work great for business. Starts up fast and runs several applications at once. Only downsides are he battery lasts only about 1-2 hours under heavy load and the keyboard is small and not backlit.It's a great midgrade computer for most of what you'll need. 4Five Stars This is a good quality laptop with decent specs. My daughter uses it for college graphic design courses. 5recommended This product is great for the price and very reliable . Large hard disk and enough ram. Nice startup speed. The battery life is awesome. I only charged this laptop once and have been using it 2~3 hours per day for a few days without charging. Overall I would recommend this product to a friend or family member. 5I purchased this computer for my son who is a ... I purchased this computer for my son who is a junior in high school.... A computer that costs $400 should last more than 3 1/2 months!! The computer froze and went into a loop "preparing automatic repair". (Upon doing even MORE research than I did pre-purchase I see that this very common with this computer) I took it to a repair facility and they can not repair it. No, I did not purchase the extended warranty. I am a single mom who scraped by enough money to purchase a "higher end" computer that I hoped would last my son into the first year of college. NEVER will I purchase a Lenovo product again. I will caution my family and friends the same. 1Good unit bad design for securing hinges for screen Buying the laptop and delivery was great. Unit worked well but I had to have it repaired locally. The hinges for screen broken loose from base and sheared the ac input jack wires. The repair shop had to epoxy the hinges back in and replace jack. Everything is good again. I noticed the screen was getting loose but not know laptops wasn't sure what was causing it. The plastic mounts for screws had snapped off. Poor design by Lenovo 3
