    What can you say about a cable The cable was purchased a while ago and has worked fine, , however just lately it all of a sudden has stopped working properly, the picture that it now transmitted via this cable is extremely red in colour and fuzzy. I borrowed another cable from a friend to try and work out if the problem was my connections on my flat screen or the laptop to which it is connected most of the time or was there problems with the cable?. With the borrowed cable everything is clear and no problems, so figure something has been lost in this cable and it is now on the way out. I know absolutely nothing about the electronics of these cables, but didn't think cables would wear out from use, but that seems to be the case here. I had a good run but now need to buy another cable. 3Great Price!!!////////Not so good of a product The price of these cables are great. Any time you can spen $2.00-$4.00 for a pair of HDMI cables, you have just got a great deal. Now, in reference to the quality, please note that these cables are very thin. They do work, but with a major problem. I connected them to my 50 inch LG Plasma television and the picture started to pop in and out. I then tried the Mediabridge Ultra Series and they worked perfect without any problem. I paid about $10.00 for the Mediabridge Ultra Series. In all for the best picture quality, these are not the cables for you. It's worth spending the x-tra $5.00. 1Why pay $30? Why pay $30-$50 at Best Buy or Walmart? Get this baby for two bucks, it works great. I had a couple other dollar or two HDMI cords off Amazon as well, and they've all done their job. One finally started going out about a month ago, the one I had connected to my PS3 (Would occasionally go out for a second or two, and sometimes had some lines on screen.)Still, it worked for over a year beforehand, so it's really hard to justify buying the $30 'premium' cable when you could order 5 of these for $10 and be good for many years to come. 5Perfect If you are one of those perfectionists who sits around comparing the difference in quality between this cable and one made by Monster or another brand, then i am sure you can find faults with it. I however and your average consumer who needed a HDMI cable and didnt want to pay a lot of one. Hence the reason i bought this fantastic cable which carried a very low price. If it breaks, stops working or catches fire.. then i could buy 8-10 of them at the cost of one really good cable... Or collect the home owners insurance if the fire occurs when i am not home. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the construction of the HDMI cable isn't top notch like that of overly priced Monster Cables (fancy looking plug ends, extra insulation, etc...). But in all honesty, the construction doesn't matter. It's well made for what I paid for it and it does a GREAT job with no setbacks. There is no reason to spend more money on a fancy cable when this one does the same thing. It's a solid, well built, albeit cheap looking, cable that does the job it was intended for. It goes behind the TV so nobody sees it anyways. I'd definitely purchase it again with no regrets! 4Roku Stick Lifesaver Perfect for what I needed. I have a Roku stick and an older tv with the HDMI port in the back of the tv and there isn t enough room between the wall and the tv for the Roku stick to fit. So I had to buy this adapter. Super simple. Just plug it in. Seems to be durable and well made. Would definitely purchase again if needed. 5Durable HDMI Cable! This cable was very affordable and took quite a beating before finally breaking.I had this cable for about 3 years and had unplugged it over 50 times.Finally it had enough wear and tear (and gravity) and the HDMI tip detached from the back base.It is definitely worth the price and lasts quite a while. 5Works for me (and my ps3) A cheaper HDMI I did not find. Shipping was free and I got it in a few days for a few bucks. Good enough.Better still, this was my first time using an HDMI cable, having previously used component cables (the Red-Yellow-White).The picture changed dramatically. If you have an HDTV, and anything with an HD output (blu-ray, ps3, etc), you need an HDMI cable.They really ought to be included in things. Especially considering they're being made available for so cheap.PS- As another reviewer said, this 6 foot cable is not 6 feet long, it's something like 5 feet 8 inches. If this is going to be an issue for you, beware. For me, I only needed about 2 feet anyway, so it's just less to coil up. 5No Bravia Snyc w/ this cable & Blu-Ray Skipping I have all black components, and was anxious to get rid of a silver, over-priced Philips HDMI cable that I already had. Once I replaced the Philips HDMI cable with one of the cheapie HDMI cables, my Bravia Sync didn't work anymore, preventing me from controlling my PS3 with my Sony Bravia TV remote. I tried different HDMI ports on the TV, using the cheapie HDMI cable, but no luck. Additionally, when using the Philips HDMI cable my Bravia TV showed the PlayStation as "PlayStation3", when using the cheapie cable, the Bravia doesn't provide any additional labeling.I have more research to do on this issue. It's a minor annoyance but not a deal breaker. The cheapie HDMI cable still carries audio/video just fine at 1080p, for both my blu-ray player and PlayStation, but it looks like it isn't capable of handling some other sort of signal that Sony Bravia Synch requires.The product description really should list what version of HDMI cable it is capable of supporting. 3Great The reason I give it 5 stars is because it works. I have had it for weeks now and it runs fine. PS3 is playing full hd games, blue-ray, and Netflix. I figured for the price I was going to lose quality but I do not notice any difference. I have a high-end Monster cable that I paid almost $100 for and the difference between the two is unnoticable. I had always figured that HDMI cables where overpriced but I could never find cheap one to buy. Now I have so when it comes to HDMI cables that are 6ft or less I am going to buy these ones. It saved me time and money...lots of money 5
