But does keep the camera dry. 4Doesn't work with my cameraAlthough the description said the housing would work with my Fuji Model T200, when the camera was placed in the housing it proved impossible to click the shutter, even when I used the pad provided to lift the camera to the top of the housing. There is no button on the housing that connects to the shutter - you press on the flexible housing body above the shutter button. But with my camera there wasn't enough flex to work the shutter, apparently because the zoom control protrudes above the top of the camera. Additionally I could not operate the power button through the housing, and since the camera automatically shuts itself off, to power on requires reopening the case! The housing may indeed rate five stars when paired with the right camera, but with my T200 it's useless. 1Does what it is supposed to do, but....This product kept my camera high and dry, while falling out of a kayak in rapids. The only problem I encountered, was a big difficulty in pushing the shutter release while the camera was in the enclosure. Also, there are two pieces of foam in the enclosure when you get it. DO NOT THROW THESE AWAY ! They are used to position your camera in the enclosure. This product did work well with my video camera, but I had to turn it on beforehand and just let it run till the battery wore out, and edit afterwards. It will keep your devices dry, even in rapids, but you may not be able to use them as you wish. 3Bought for FujiFilm jz100 - pictures are horribleThe case fits, the button works, the camera is waterproof. The only problem is the glare that is produced from the flash reflecting off of the plastic....gives you pictures with what appear to be sunspots. You can shut off the flash, but unless you have optimal lighting you will get very poor quality pictures. 2Worked pretty good for the priceI purchased this so we could use my digital camera while on a cruise with the kids since we planned several opportunities of snorkeling, the enclosure work good for the money however it did have a tendancy to leak a little. The pictures were slightly less clear because of the plastic in front on the lens but I'm not sure how that could possibly be avoided. Overall I was very happy with the pictures and I was able to take as many as I wanted with out worrying about spending $$ on disposable cameras and then getting all of them developed. 5Skeptical at first.I wanted to take a camera with us to Hawaii and did not want to spend a lot of money. I tried this case and love it. The camera never got wet and the video from inside the case was great. The pictures were okay and for what it is, it gave us a lot more memmories from snorkeling and water play than we would have had otherwise. 5Great for the price!I took this on my honeymoon so I could take pictures while snorkeling. It has a great seal and my camera didnt end up with a single drop of water on it. It does compress against the camera if you go deeper than like 5'-10' which makes it a bit difficult to use but its much more economical than buying a real underwater case. I dont recommend it for scuba diving but if you are just snorkeling, its a great buy! 5
