    Soft to the touch!Very soft and nice feeling (similar to silicone) looks cute, and fit my 15 inch pro perfectly! It didnt feel uncomfortable for me to type at all (being a dev, I type a LOT), and it was such a nice subtle pink.The case felt like a soft material, and it was very easy to snap on. Im not worried about it slipping off of my computer or damaging it because the grip is firm, yet not too firm.I love pink so this was perfect for me, and it came so quickly.I recommend to friends as of now, and I will see how long this lasts.If it's still around in a year, i'm getting another color. The cloth also works really well and I have used it on many occasions already by itself. It cleaned my smudgy screen without windex so that's handy to keep around.5Fantastic, long life, velvety feelI have had the aqua blue case in my MacBook foe over a year. It fits snug and secure, allows access to all ports, and is even prettier in person (the photo looks a bit more sky blue than the actual aqua blue). It has never popped off or given me a moment of trouble. It has a soft feel, it never slips out of my grasp because it isn't glossy, and leaves no fingerprints. I have applied several sets of vinyl stickers to the case and they stay on for 6-7 months. If you purchase this product you will be happy. I'm upgrading to a new computer and will purchase this same case again!5Quality caseVery nice case. Feels smooth, was easy to put on, and is easy to clean. I've been using it for a few months and haven't noticed any scratches. The advertised picture is a little misleading- you can't actually see the apple through the case that well (see attached pictures)4Love it, wish it had a longer lifeThis case looks fantastic, and really does a surprisingly good job of protecting my computer. I take it all kinds of places (mobile recording studio engineer), and it has protected my computer from several scary falls. One of which happened on a concrete floor in the exact same location as the fall that severely damaged my last Macbook without a case, and this time there was nearly no damage. This is not a heavy duty case, nothing like an otterbox-style phone or laptop case. It's good for protecting a Macbook from scratches and small dents during use and in a bag, but you should still treat your computer like a delicate piece of equipment, not a football or a makeshift hammer.One issue I had to consider when choosing a computer case is how the case affects cooling. Working in professional audio software is as intensive on the CPU as gaming is on the GPU, so I'm pushing my top-tier, custom Macbook pro to its absolute limits for hours on end. My computer gets so hot that I have actually burned myself on it! But this case does not get in the way of the computer's ability to cool itself. All the vents are in exactly the right place, and allow for plenty of airflow. My peak CPU speed doesn't drop at all with this case, even when the computer is at its heat limits.The case looks FANTASTIC. I have the Galaxy Pattern with the green and orange nebulae, and I get lots and lots of compliments. Everybody who sees it comments on it, and If any astronomers are interested, this is an artist's rendition of a structure called the Celestial Spire, part of the Eagle Nebula. My desktop background is Hubble's famous image of the Pillars of Creation, on the other side of the Eagle Nebula. So yeah, this case is a great conversation starter! Very happy with how it looks, which is why I've bought a few of these.Which brings me to my last point: I wish this held together a little longer. I got my first one about a year ago, and although it feels very durable and does a good job protecting my computer from light tossing around, it seems to have a limited lifespan. My first one started to develop small chips and cracks after about six months. The first thing to chip seems to be the little lips that snap the case on to the computer. I replaced it, and about eight months later the new one is just now starting to develop some small chips. Now, I think my use is among the heaviest that this case would be suitable for, so I'm not too disappointed. I'm still so pleased with it that I'm going to buy a third! I could buy an otterbox-style case, but that would make my computer more likely to overheat, take up more space in my bags, and not look nearly as cool. Overall I'm quite pleased, and will definitely buy again!4Perfect! 2 MacBook Pro 15" and 1 MacBook Air 11"I was a solid user and advocate for Speck Cases on any and all of my MacBooks. Recently they began cracking and purchasing new (old stock) Speck Cases they would arrive intact and crack as soon as I applied them. Yes, brand new $50 cases where simply dropping pieces or cracking corners with normal use. Upon some very close inspections I noticed the plastic of the Speck was drying out and thus becoming brittle.I needed a new case and quick for an international trip. I ordered a Black UESWILL cover/case for my 15" MacBook Pro and although the color is more of a deep blue then a jet black I was surprised to find the quality was outstanding. I spent one month abroad, with my MacBook consistently tossed around to overheads or under train seats, it held up 100%.After arriving back in the U.S. I was so tired of my cracked and underperforming Speck case that I ordered another UESWILL for my desk MacBook Pro. I was recently given a 2015 MacBook Air in mint condition and preferred to keep it that way, so I ordered another. Wow. These not only attach well, feel smooth... but stay in one piece.Love it, recommend it.5and it has been great! Before this caseI have been using this case for about a month now, and it has been great! Before this case, I had a $50 speck case that started cracking in the corners after about 2 weeks of use. Fortunately, with a month of use this case shows no signs of wear! The one complaint I have is that because of the matte finish unless you wipe down the outside of the computer regularly you can see finger smudges.5Great touch feeling, but the bottom piece makes clicking sound somehow I had the same brand of cover for some time and liked it. The old one wore out after some time so I bought this same new one a few days ago. Unfortunately, the new case I got is detective. The back of the case cover makes clicking sound when I open and close the cover (see video). I suspect the sound is caused by the wedge of the bottom case cover touching the back of the laptop cover (see photo). Unfortunately, I tried to fix the wedge but it didn't help. Now I cannot return it either ;-(3Opaque cover for laptopI am a designer and my laptop is covered in stickers which works for me 99% of the time. When asked to present a slideshow for my step father s memorial service I felt I needed a different look. I m very pleased with how this cover easily attached and nobody would know I have stickers on my laptop because the material is opaque. I expected the light from the Apple logo to show through, but it doesn t. No worries, it did the job I intended and I haven t take it off yet. It s a very beautiful galaxy scene.5... wife b/c she wanted her MacBook Pro to look like her iPhone which is a "Rose-Gold" (metallic pink) phoneI bought this for my wife b/c she wanted her MacBook Pro to look like her iPhone which is a "Rose-Gold" (metallic pink) phone. She was so happy to have a matching phone and computer, so it was money well spent. The cover protects against scratches and mild bumping. Don't drop your laptop from any distance on to hard surfaces - it won't help much in that circumstance, but it's good protection for normal handling of your laptop. So if you or your wife wants matching rose-gold devices, I highly recommend this product.5Serenity blue is "soft touch" / matte / not slippery on the outsideI ordered the Serenity Blue color and was pleased that it was indeed a "soft touch" feel on the outside. I used to use a Speck case for my Macbook Pro 15 inch Retina and that company stopped making the "soft touch" version of the case for this model. This is much cheaper, looks just as nice, and was very easy to install.I even placed the top cover on the wrong way by accident and used a credit card to pop the edges off. It was much easier to remove than the Speck brand. It does not have little pieces on the rear, bottom corners, which the Speck brand did, which I am happy about, because those would catch on things and scratch me or tear my couch cushions. I had gone through 2 or 3 Speck cases, and my most recent one started cracking and seemed brittle, like the plastic was old, as other reviewers have mentioned. I have not used this case long enough to rate its durability but the color, quality, and texture are what I was looking for, so I am very happy with it.Each piece came wrapped in plastic so there was no dust or scratches on them when they arrived. They also included a cleaning cloth and instructions which I recommend taking a look at before you pop the top cover on backwards like I did lol.5
